Training and Development Coordinator (Part-Time) Our client, a leading not for profit organisation is looking to recruit a part-time Training and Developmentcoordinator for a fixed contract of 9 months. This role involves working as part of a busy and growing team they will be responsible for the lead out, development and delivery of training courses. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, work well in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with people. Due to the nature of the role, a full drivers licence is essential, however the position is primarily based in Dublin City Centre. Our Client, a large construction company based in North County Dublin, has instructed Link Personnel to recruit a Training and Development Coordinator to join their T & D team. The role will report into the Training and Development Manager. This is a 12-month FTC position. For more information, Call Emma Skelton NOW on . Overall Package: up to €60k Duties: Supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of company-wide training initiatives. Acts as the primary point of contact for managers and staff regarding the organisation of internal and external training courses. Maintains training schedules, attendance records, and training databases, including the management of accreditations and funding applications. Assists in the retention and renewal of existing accreditations (e.g. VCR, Engineers Ireland CPD). Supports the activities of the internal Training & Development Committee. Coordinates with external training providers and other third-party partners. Monitors certification expiry dates and arranges timely refresher training for staff. Prepares for training sessions, including materials, room setup, equipment, refreshments, and attendance tracking. Gathers and reviews post-training feedback to assess the effectiveness of training programmes. Provides administrative support for online learning platforms, knowledge management systems, and other digital learning tools. Assists with tender submissions and wider business development efforts. Supports preparations for audits and inspections related to training and compliance. Experience: Previous experience in a support capacity, preferably within a Training & Development function. Ideally, the candidate will have been involved in coordinating Graduate Development Programmes, as well as mentoring and coaching initiatives. Experience in supporting the delivery of professional chartership programmes is highly desirable. Strong written and communication skills. Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in order to meet deadlines. Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Produce high standards of work.
