**Qualifications**

Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables. Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes. Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for all reported incidents. Liaise with manufacturer TAC support teams during customer incidents. Key Skills & Experience required: Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Experience troubleshooting technical incidents in Cisco and / or Fortinet environments. Cisco ISE, Firepower, Wireless and DNAC experience Cisco Routing and Switching experience Fortinet fortigate, fortiManager, fortianalyzer experience Juniper JNCIA & JNCIP certifcations Previous experience delivering networking and security solutions to customers in Juniper Practical experience of common routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF and ISIS Familiarity with MPLS technologies (both Layer 2 and Layer 3 VPN) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
