Working closely with manufacturer partners and internal departments. Grow and develop fleet opportunities. Using technology to analyse market trends, digital opportunities and dealership performance metrics. Maintaining a strong culture of professionalism, accountability and customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who has: Proven management experience within the motor retail sector. Strong leadership and coaching capability. Commercial awareness and analytical skills. Excellent communication and customer relationship skills. A passion for performance, standards and continuous improvement. Service Advisor Job Purpose As a service advisor at Bradys Cavan, you will be the primary contact for customers, navigating them through vehicle service and repairs with precision and detail. You will play a key role in upholding the highest standards of customer care and satisfaction by coordinating with the workshop team to ensure productivity. Key Responsibilities Greet customers professionally, assess and understand their vehicle needs and manage intake, drop off and collection. Schedule service appointments across phone, email or walk-ins Liaise with technicians to translate customer concerns into results focused work orders and communicate updates appropriately. Explain service findings, estimates and timelines to customer in clear and appropriate language. Prepare estimates, generate invoices, process payments, encourage upgrades to vehicles and finalise job cards and records. Recommend additional services (e.g. maintenance plans, parts upgrades) in support of customer wellbeing. Handle customer queries and feedback in a solution-focused manner. Ability to work within a team and in collaboration with other departments to coordinate successful service delivery. (parts, warranty, reception, sales) Capture and relay customer feedback to drive service improvement efforts Essential Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage schedules, prioritise workloads and multitask efficiently, particularly in busy settings. Comfortable interpreting basic automotive service concepts and display a commitment to acquiring new knowledge and skills around this. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Ability to receive information, take directions and a willingness to learn. Desirable At least 2 years in a similar customer facing role within the motor industry is preferred but not essential.
