We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Senior Loan Agency Specialist I to join our Corporate Trust Operations team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland – hybrid working.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Responsible for administering and servicing a portfolio of syndicated and bilateral loans
- Manage daily administration of loan activities, to include facilitating loan advances, payments rate pricing, and fees.
- Ensure that risks are appropriately identified and actively managed
- Manage complex external escalations resolving operational issues as appropriate
- Serve as point of contact for complex escalations, operational and technical issues, and ensuring proper resolution
- Ability to read and interpret commercial loan agreements and documents, as necessary.
- Assist in communicating needs and issues with internal teams and external clients.
- Resolve complex issues based on an understanding and knowledge of the intricacies of the loan system.
- Use in-depth area knowledge to apply ingenuity and creativity to common repeat problems and determines more permanent resolutions.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Preferably degree education and/or industry qualifications
- 5-7 years of directly related experience with syndicated loans and/or comparable commercial banking experience
- Experience with Loan IQ and ClearPar strongly preferred
- Prior experience acting as a subject matter expert and coordinating the work of others.
- Ability to lead, provide guidance and work under limited supervision
- Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines

- Provides oversight for multiple small teams or one large team of staff responsible for conducting Basket Services on behalf of assigned clients including Portfolio Composition File (PCF) preparation, Creation and Redemption order processing, Cash and in-kind settlement arrangements, Unit settlement arrangements, Authorized Participant (AP) inquiries, Continuous Net Settlement, Rebalancing processing, Collateral processing, and PnL calculations.
- Manages multiple teams.
- Manages relationships with assigned clients and resolves any escalated issues related to Basket production.
- Directs and sets priorities for processes that check for the completeness and accuracy of disclosure in financial statements. Provides guidance to teams managed to ensure that records are maintained in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. Resolves escalated issues from team members.
- Evaluates rules to determine impact of new regulations on BNY's Basket Services practices. Provides guidance to teams on implementation of new policies to follow regulations.
- Directs the drafting of financial reports for clients to review fund performance. Communicates reports and intricacies to clients.
- Recruits, directs, motivates, and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
- Leads working relationships with auditors and clients to make changes to financial reports and ensure they accurately depict fund performance.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee the quality systems ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines and Jazz policies and strategies.

- Support site compliance program, performing internal audits, training internal auditors as required, and implementing audit action plans.
- Participate and follow-up in third party audits and/or inspections carried out at the site by the authorities or clients.
- Complete all required QMS assignments (CAPAs, investigations, actions etc) in accordance with agreed timelines.
- Perform production on the line AQLs, and the incoming inspection and disposition of raw materials, consumables, packaging.
- Assist in preparation and presentation of GMP training programmes.
- Participate in initiatives and action plans for the development of QA and improvement of GMP compliance.
- Involved in site-wide projects and continuous improvement processes.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 3-7 years experience working in finished product pharmaceutical / biologics manufacturing, including analytical chemistry, quality assurance, quality control, development, and /or manufacturing areas.
- Excellent working knowledge of quality systems, FDA and EU regulations, cGMPs and ICH guidelines.
- Demonstrated capability in establishing collaborative working relationships at all levels, regardless of seniority.

The BNY Markets business helps our clients formulate, implement and operationalise their investment strategies. It provides clients with financing, execution, liquidity and collateral solutions that are integrated with BNY’s asset servicing ecosystem. Within the Markets division we have Global Markets Trading unit, which is comprised of the Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income, and Equities businesses.
We are seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Fixed Income and Equities Sales & Trading, to join our Global Markets Trading FIEQ Team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland.
In this role, you’ll make an impact and support the team in the following ways:
- Fixed Income trade execution and client coverage
- Support Equities execution and client coverage
- Create, gather and distribute market commentary and strategic content
- Internal brand development and proactive stakeholder relationship building
- Monitor client requests and liaise with appropriate teams for resolution/responses
- Work with Tech and Product teams globally to enhance FIEQ product offering
- Support Best Execution/TCA development
- Support strategic initiatives
- Enhance market structure awareness
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- A few years execution experience across Fixed Income products and markets
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
- Exposure to FI, Equities & FX.
- Ability to multi-task under pressure while maintaining a heavy focus on accuracy.
- Highly numerate both in a theoretical and practical basis

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Private Equity, Fund/Client Accounting Manager to join our Private Equity team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland and will be working in a hybrid capacity.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Oversee multiple small teams or one large team of Accountants responsible for conducting accounting services on behalf of assigned clients, including determining net asset values, calculating fund performance, allocating expenses, and preparing reports.
- Ensure that your respective teams are operating efficiently, coordinate client deliverables, and ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee multiple teams in determining the net asset value (NAV) for assigned funds for each measurement cycle, including review of their allocated funds.
- Review capital call and distribution calculations and notices, ensuring these are calculated in line with the underlying fund documentation.
- Build relationships with assigned clients and resolve any escalated issues related to fund calculations and accounting.
- Provide guidance to teams to ensure accounting records are maintained in accordance with departmental policies and procedures; resolve escalated issues from team members.
- Support new fund launches by joining client calls, reviewing fund documentation, and ensuring appropriate system setups.
- Evaluate GAAP and/or IFRS rules to determine the impact of new regulations on BNY fund accounting practices; provide guidance to teams on the implementation of new policies to follow regulations.
- Recruit, guide, motivate, and develop staff, maximizing their individual contribution, professional growth, and ability to function effectively as a team.
- Lead working relationships with auditors and clients to make changes to financial reports and ensure they accurately depict fund performance. Participate in projects at both global and client levels, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and required testing.
- Identify areas of efficiency in the NAV process and ensure tasks are automated where possible.
- Contribute to the achievement of team objectives.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Professional designation (CPA, ACA, ACCA, or CFA) preferred.
- Experience in private equity and fund or client accounting.
- Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and systems including Investran and Geneva.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging work environment.
- Knowledge of IFRS and other relevant accounting standards.
- People management experience required.
