**About the role**
The emphasis for this position is on analytics, data science, statistics, and program design, managing complex analytical projects and portfolios. The ideal candidate will have solid stakeholder management experience, along with proven ability to manage engineering teams developing scalable analytics solutions.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Work with stakeholders to refine business roadmap and high-level business requirements; presenting at weekly and monthly executive steering committee meetings; working with stakeholders to deliver business solutions, drive change, and resolve any roadblocks
+ Provide insight and guidance into actionable analytic findings through clear, succinct written and oral summaries, tables, charts, reports or presentations, that can be understood by a variety of audiences

+ Drive efficiencies via standardization of development patterns and building cloud native products
+ Identify gaps, quality, process improvement, and automation opportunities, and lead such activities to execution
+ Utilize a broad range of analytic approaches including predictive analytics, issue detection, trend analysis, and data visualization to best address the business priorities
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (data science, analytics, mathematics, economics, business, statistics, engineering, or finance) or equivalent experience
+ Proven track record of developing strategic plans and deploying analytic products to improve business performance. Extensive experience working with professionals in a matrix management environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
+ Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to interact collaboratively with internal customers across multiple departments and business segments
+ Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely in writing and orally to individuals and groups
+ Proven effective data analysis and interpretation skills, able to draw and present quantitative conclusions
+ Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating good level of maturity
+ Experience with statistical models, demonstrate understanding of different statistical methods and approaches
+ Advanced experience in Machine Learning or AI model development and deployment

The primary purpose of this position is to:
Provide guidance and support to colleagues and Service Providers on EHS requirements. Perform regular EHS inspections, be a visible presence on site and provide active EHS support to the colleagues and Service Providers in particular for Engineering initiatives/ projects.Provide EHS support to other areas as required.
Ensure continual improvement initiatives are in place to maintain ISO45001, ISO14001 & ISO50001 requirements.
**How you will contribute:**
+ Actively foster an ethos and culture of EHS awareness through engaging and working with cross functional teams including external providers where EHS compliance and improvement is recognised and accepted as an integral part of the overall business.
+ Manage contractor works in relevant areas, walk the job, review RAMS, Solar panel project oversight, support and further enhance the contractor management processes onsite.
+ Conduct inspections, internal assessments on various programmes to identify opportunities for improvement which is not limited to EHS but also extends to GMP and Business Excellence opportunities for improvement.
+ Ensure early investigation of events including ensuring thorough and robust "SMART" corrective and preventive measures are implemented.
+ Provide technical safety and environmental expertise and support to relevant Departments and personnel on site.
+ Support others for EHS risk management processes for relevant site areas and tasks.
+ Support the EHS Head to ensure that the site is compliant with EHS legislative, regulatory bodies and Corporate requirements.
+ Develop and deliver EHS training to the site as required.
+ Deputise for other members of the EHS team as required.
+ Participate in the site Emergency Response programme and support continuous improvement activities as required.
+ Ensure compliant at all times with GxP requirements onsite.
+ Other duties as required by the EHS Head.
**What you bring to Takeda:**
+ Minimum Level 7 qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, or an equivalent discipline.
+ 3+ years of EHS experience, ideally with exposure to pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical environments.
+ Strong pharmaceutical (small molecule/API) experience is highly preferable.

+ Uses in-depth knowledge of business unit functions and cross group dependencies/ relationships. Is recognized as an SME in work group and across functions.
+ Ability to lead a technical team in the execution of sterilization validation/revalidation, new product qualification, troubleshooting sterilization issue. + Co-ordinate environmental monitoring in line with the site monitoring plan.
+ Leverage technical expertise to collaborate with functional support teams providing advice and consultation on all occupational health, safety and environmental elements.
+ Support completion of area risk assessments in line with the site risk reduction programme.
**EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES**
+ National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) level 6 qualification in a relevant discipline. Relevant work experience advantageous but not essential or an equivalent combination of education and workexperience.

+ Manage large-scale and small-scale batch manufacturing.
**Testing:**

+ Use LIMS and other analytical systems to verify and report results.
**Education & Experience**
+ Minimum Leaving Certificate or equivalent, plus a Certificate in a relevant discipline.
