We are seeking an experienced project manager with a technical engineering/construction background to join the team as mid management level and take on ownership and responsibility of projects, supervise operations, manage crews, assign tasks, monitor output, while developing their technical knowledge on environmental solutions to become an expert in their field

Key Responsibilities- Ensure the effective and efficient management of projects making sure that the proposed plan is adhered to timeline, budget and scope.
- Managing systems to record the quality of work completed, testing, workmanship, and materials.
- Provide Engineering support to ensure technical problems are overcome and technical queries answered.
- Ensure effective program management inclusive of subcontractor’s installation targets to specific programs.
- Produce, track & review quality control of project reports to clients
- Generation of risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) and ensure that crews follow and maintain Enva safety standards.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, regulatory bodies and other stake holders

- Demonstrable experience with a minimum of 3-5 years’ project management, contract management, managing budgets, deliverables and safety or similar discipline
- Experience or knowledge of drainage surveying, asset surveying and testing and repair services
- Sector specific experience in the surveying or drainage services is advantageous
- Excellent communications skills to coordinate team members and key stakeholders

As a successful candidate, you will have experience working within our key markets - including **commercial** , **public sector** , and **infrastructure** projects. We are looking for individuals who combine strong technical expertise with excellent communication and leadership skills.
**Qualifications & Experience:**
+ A **postgraduate qualification** in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
+ Actively pursuing **Chartered Status** with one of the following professional institutions:
+ SCSI / RICS
+ CIOB
+ RIBA
+ Engineers Ireland (EI)
+ **APM affiliation** is considered an advantage
