Overview:
In this role of a Principal Technical Program Manager for the Mastercard Commercial Solutions platform, we are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with Release Train Engineer exposure to lead strategic fintech programs that span Agile and traditional project delivery. This hybrid role is essential to orchestrating execution across multiple Agile teams within an Agile Release Train (ART), while also managing scope, timeline, and value delivery in highly regulated, fast-paced environments.

**Position Summary**
Under the general direction of an Engineering Manager PMO is responsible for the leadership and directing of moderate complexity projects, which may require considerable Resources. This is a 23 month onsite contract role in our Limerick site with full Stryker

**What you will do:**
+ Collaborate with BU leadership to define and manage program scope.
+ Co-ordinate and drive participation and engagement at all Operations forums including absence forum and productivity forum.
+ Collaborate with PM for Project Edge, identify the key deliverables for operations and own the operations program schedule.
+ Devise, Document and Contribute to the creation of detailed Work Breakdown Structure for Operations in respect of Project Edge.
+ Range of programs and projects and other work within the portfolio with the goalof facilitatingstaffing, resolving resource allocation conflicts, and monitor staff utilization on activities that will generate the highest business value and aligned with the prioritization process.
+ Implement effective communications management strategies to execute leadership with specific emphasis on business objectives delivery, efficient resource deployment, effective risk and issue management.
+ Promote current Good Manufacturing and Good Documentation Processes
+ Support EHS/6S and ensure that a proactive approach to health and safety in respect of the Project delivery for Operations.
**What you will need:**
+ Level 8 degree or equivalent.
+ At least 4 years of project management experience preferably in Operations.

Our Ireland Roads team is seeking a Deputy Project Manager/Principal Engineer with experience in the Roads Sector to be part of a team working on major national road schemes including major national road schemes including the N/M20 Cork to Limerick Project, Public Transport schemes including Dublin Metrolink, Cork BusConnects and Active Travel schemes for the National Transport Authority and Local Authorities. The successful candidate will lead and help grow a team undertaking preliminary and detailed designs for major national Roads schemes and local authority transport improvements across Ireland
**A little more about your role.**
As Deputy Project Manager your role is primarily focused around delivering the core function of providing the project management support on Major Road schemes, including but not limited to delivery management of individual tasks, analysis and problem solving, preparation of briefing plans / progress reports, programme updates and monitoring and completion of financial administration such as in-month updates, month end reporting, and invoicing.
Other supplementary functions of this role will all be based around supporting the Project Manager in delivering the project. These activities will predominantly be focused on Business / Quality Management System processes and tools and could include contract, change, risk or resource management, earned value analysis, project reviews / audits or lessons learnt analysis.
There will also be an expectation that the deputy Project Manager will be capable of leading a team of project staff and, in doing so, provide professional / technical guidance and coaching to ensure that the appropriate skill / knowledge levels are achieved to drive an continuous improvement in our project management service.
The functions of this role are intended to be broad to provide the opportunity for a candidate to experience a wide range of activities under various skilled professionals in order to encourage their knowledge development and career progression. **What we will be looking for you to demonstrate.**
The successful candidate will be degree qualified in civil engineering or another appropriate subject and be a member of an appropriate professional engineering institution. Experience of working to UK or Ireland Roads standards is essential.
The successful candidate will be capable of working to tight project timescales, work comfortably under pressure and have an open and honest approach. Evidence of good communication and team work skills will be sought.

+ Incorporated or Chartered Status (AMICE/MICE/EI or equivalent) or equivalent demonstrable experience
+ Experience in Civil engineering or roads projects.
+ Be able to demonstrate clear and successful project management skills and technical competence in the field of highway engineering
