**MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE**
The main responsibility of the Training Coordinator is to monitor and complete site training queries, ensuring delivery of safe and effective products that meet customer needs whilst maintaining compliance.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Monitoring and answering the training queries submitted via the training request system and mailbox.
- Entering new hires/employees into the training system in a timely manner and ensuring the correct training plan is assigned.
- Running reports to ensure the training system is in a constant state of compliance.
- Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Provision of assistance to various functions on the correct selection of training plans and training materials.
- Perform Quality review of training documentation in accordance with approved procedures to ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices.
**_QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE_**
- Minimum Level 7 NFQ qualification or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2+ years previous experience in medical / pharmaceutical industry would be preferred.
- Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic environments.

This role will provide centralized governance for coder readiness, ensuring all production teams meet minimum training standards prior to release. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all coders meet standardized training requirements across regions and for driving innovation in training processes and tools. This position plays a pivotal role in elevating training quality globally by bridging current inconsistencies between training content delivery and assessment across locations.

At Takeda Grange castle, we offering the successful candidates a great opportunity to join our Electrical Instrumentation Apprenticeship Programme in our plant in Grange castle. This is a four-year apprenticeship programme run in conjunction with SOLAS. The apprentice will work with the multiskilled Maintenance and Engineering team and be mentored throughout the apprenticeship.
Takeda Grange castle ( TILGC) is a multi-purpose Pharmaceutical site, Producing a range of innovative products. As an apprentice you will have the opportunity to learn your trade, developing your skills in Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentation as you work across the different areas of the facility.
This apprenticeship program consists of four on-the-job training modules at our facility in Grange castle, Co. Dublin and three off-the-job training modules which may take place at a SOLAS Training Centre and/or designated Institute of Technology based around the country. The modules are usually alternating, and the apprentice must be able to attend the designated training centre for off-the-job training. The duration of the program will be four years but may extend into a fifth year depending on availability/timing of the off-site training modules.
Responsibilities include:
The chosen candidates would typically perform the following activities (but not exclusively):
+ Provide general support to the on-site Maintenance and Engineering personnel in daily routine and non-routine tasks.
+ Provide support to the Calibration team in performing routine calibration of onsite instrumentation e.g. temperature, pressure, level, and flow sensors.
+ Use of Safe permit to work system and LOTO to manage risk during engineering activity.
+ Ensure that all maintenance activity is accurately documented on CMMS in accordance with cGMP regulations.
+ Work as part of Utilities team to operate and maintain Electrical systems such as electrical distribution system, and Utility systems such as boilers and compressed air.
+ Interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams, Electrical and other equipment drawings necessary for the maintenance and repair of all equipment onsite.
+ Work with M&E teams in Filling and Inspection/Packaging areas to Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical system failures.
+ Demonstrate systematic root-cause problem solving skills when working through issues.
+ Perform equipment setups and checks along-side existing M&E technicians prior to commencement of manufacturing activity.
+ Proficient use of Plant systems used daily to monitor and control operational activity e.g. DCS, BMS & CMMS, etc.
Entry Requirements:
Applicants must be at least eighteen years of age on or by 1st January, 2025. Placements will start in Mid 2025.
Successful candidates must pass at least five Leaving Certificate subjects, including Mathematics, English and preferably one Technical/Science subject.
Persons who completed their Leaving Certificate in 2024 or 2025 are eligible to apply (results can be forwarded when available).

The Red Hat OpenShift AI team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer with Kubernetes and MLOps (Machine Learning Operations) experience to join our rapidly growing engineering team. You will be contributing as a core developer for the Model Training team, the core Model training tools (Ray, Kubleflow, Pytorch etc) for OpenShift AI. This role is for an individual contributor who also leads other junior engineers in the team and collaborates closely with other developers and cross-functional teams. You will have the opportunity to actively participate in both our downstream efforts as well as the upstream projects. You should have a passion for working in open-source communities and for developing solutions that integrate Red Hat, open-source, and partner technologies into a cohesive platform.
**What you will do**
+ Participate in architect and lead implementation tasks of the new features and solutions for OpenShift AI
+ Innovate in the MLOps domain by contributing meaningfully to upstream communities
+ Develop integrations between various portions of the OpenShift AI stack
+ Participate in technical vision and leadership on critical and high impact projects
+ Ensure non-functional requirements including security, resiliency, and maintainability are met
+ Write unit and integration tests and work with quality engineers to ensure product quality
+ Use CI/CD best practices to deliver solutions as productization efforts into OpenShift AI
+ Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing recommendations and technical knowledge with team members
+ Collaborate with product management, other engineering and cross-functional teams to analyze and clarify business requirements
+ Communicate effectively to stakeholders and team members to ensure proper visibility of development efforts

Maintain and continuously improve the internal training system to support quality and compliance objectives. Facilitate induction training with a focus on quality culture, food safety, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Support Quality Assurance in preparing for audits by maintaining comprehensive and compliant training records. Coordinate and schedule training sessions to minimise disruption to production while ensuring regulatory compliance is met. Conduct gap analyses on training records, highlight non-compliances, and support corrective action plans.
