Atrial fibrillation affects over 33 million individuals worldwide and is the most common form of serious arrhythmia. Being in a fast-growing cardiac ablation business segment and with the acquisition of the Affera Mapping and Ablation System, as well as our over-the-wire Pulse Select PFA ablation system, we are poised to provide innovative solutions to address unmet needs for many patients. We are seeking a talented and motivated Therapy Account Specialist to join our team to further drive the growth of the business.
In this position, you will be working with innovation and solutions and launching new products and technologies within cardiac arrhythmia. This role is critical in providing expert clinical and technical support and training to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the optimal use of the Affera Mapping and Ablation System, Pulse Select PFA ablation system and the Arctic Front Advance Cryoablation system. One of the key tasks of this job is to be able drive the sales, provide service and assist the clinical ablation procedures at each account in Ireland. Likewise, you will provide first class professional sales strategies in conjunction with technical training programs.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Provide proficient clinical and technical assistance to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the use of the Affera Mapping and Ablation System, our over-the-wire Pulse Select PFA ablation system, as well as our Arctic Front Advance Cryoablation system
+ Provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products, to ensure technology acceptance across various hospital stakeholders
+ Develop best-in-class professional customer relationships
+ Ensuring the highest level of expertise is attained and maintained by developing and maintaining comprehensive clinical and technical product knowledge and understanding competitive products, features, strengths
+ Ability to manage high-stress situations with a clear problem-solving mindset
+ Participate in regular territory reviews in the account team with the Sales Manager
+ Acts as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree or above
+ Knowledge of Electrophysiology
+ Background in Cardiology or a Cardiac Physiologist
+ Excellent communication and Influencing skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
+ A positive person with strong entrepreneurial skills who brings passion, energy and excellence to his/her work
+ Clean driving license
A good understanding of 3D Mapping systems will be a clear advantage.

Follow treatment plans as determined and delegated by the supervising Therapist including assisting in the provision of education and advice to children on the use of enabling equipment. Carry out duties related to the planning, organisation and maintenance of Therapy programmes as directed by the supervising Therapist. Carry out generic programmes and groups for children to the specifications agreed with the supervising Therapist, either jointly with the Therapist, independently and unaccompanied or in collaboration with other staff (following the direction and supervision of the supervising Therapist). Liaise with other staff and agencies in the provision of therapeutic programmes as directed by supervising Therapist. Prepare resources for assessment / intervention for clinic appointments, home or school visits and group interventions. Prepare the environment for group or 1:1 interventions according to the child's needs and therapeutic goals, as directed by the supervising Therapist. Assist / provide care in line with each child's assessed care needs as set out in their care plan and under the guidance of the Team. Work directly with children under the direction of a supervising Therapist, providing intervention in both individual and group settings. Record intervention outcomes as appropriate and report outcomes to the supervising Therapist. As advised by the Therapist maintain accurate records of assessments and interventions. As advised by the Therapist maintain clinical notes relating to clinical work in children's files in accordance with local service protocols. ROLE DESCRIPTION: The Royal Irish Academy of Music invites applications for a Music Therapist to provide parental leave cover. The post holder will be responsible for the referral, delivery, coordination, and management of the Music Therapy Clinic. The role includes direct clinical work, clinic administration, and potential involvement in outreach to day facilities and the delivery of workshops to internal and external teaching communities. The current clinic schedule includes Saturdays, with flexibility to arrange appointment times with individual clients. The position requires 7.5 secured clinic contact hours per week, with the possibility of additional external hours on approval. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Manageallaspectsofthe Music Therapy Clinic,includingreferrals,scheduling, administration, and service coordination. Conductclientassessmentsanddevelopindividualisedtreatmentplans. Deliverindividualandgrouptherapysessionsusingappropriateclinicalandmusical approaches. Maintainaccuraterecords,evaluateoutcomes,andadjustinterventionsasnecessary. Liaise and collaborate with colleagues, educators, healthcare professionals, and caregivers. Plananddeliverworkshopsforstaff,students,andexternalpartnersasrequired. Undertakeoutreachworkindayfacilitiesorothercommunitysettingswhen appropriate. Adheretoprofessionalandethicalstandards,includingconfidentialityand safeguarding policies. Engageincontinuingprofessionaldevelopmentandsupervision. Skills & Experience Mastersdegreein Music Therapy Professionalregistrationwith IACAT. Demonstrableclinicalexperienceinhealthcare,educational,orcommunity settings. Highlevelofproficiencyinvoiceandatleastoneaccompanyinginstrument(e.g., guitar or piano). Excellentorganisational,communication,andinterpersonalskills. Abilitytoworkindependentlyandaspartofanacademicstaffteam. Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with clinicians outside RIAM where appropriate. Desirable Qualifications Experienceinclinicorservicemanagement.
