**To be successful in this role you have:**
+ At least 3 years of in-house commercial contracting experience dealing with SaaS or software licensing transactions and supporting a sales organisation; having experience with sales contracts involving elements such as AI, cloud / hyperscalers, and/or EBA/DORA is a plus. You furthermore understand what terms may or will impact US GAAP revenue recognition.
+ Interest in legal aspects of information technology, cybersecurity, data protection, technology advancements, and the practical transactional implementation thereof.
+ Excellent negotiating and influencing skills, and a talent for non-confrontational, win-win negotiations.
+ Exceptional critical thinking abilities, who possesses strong business acumen and excellent business judgment; must be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and pivot between responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications, Education & Experience

- Experience in privacy and data protection topics is an advantage but not a requirement.

+ At least 8 years' experience gained either in a top tier law firm or in-house in projects within the Industrial, software technology, Process automation, logistic, supply chain and material handling industries and/or construction area.
+ Proven experience of reviewing, negotiating and advising on tendering contracts and providing legal support on projects, including dispute resolution. Superior contract negotiation and drafting skills is required.
+ Fluency & drafting ability in English is mandatory. Fluency in other European languages will be considered a strong plus. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

**Responsibilities**
Provide leadership, and that contractual commitments are met and exceeded.
- Ensure that opportunities for the strategic development of the contract are exploited, to deliver increased turnover
