The Legal Counsel serves as the lead legal resource for Stryker's Global Quality and Operations Manufacturing Organization for the EMEA Region. The role is responsible for providing strategic legal leadership by providing accurate and timely legal advice to the manufacturing sites and to the functional areas on a broad range of matters across the EMEA Region.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**
+ Provide strategic legal support to Stryker's manufacturing sites in EMEA Region.
+ Proactively work in building legal strategy.

**Education & Special Trainings:**
+ Law degree and admission to practice law in Ireland.

**Overview:**
KDP Ireland is seeking to add a lawyer to join KDP Ireland's existing legal team with experience in drafting, review and negotiating Procurement agreements within IT, Marketing, Manufacturing and R&D. **Position Responsibilities:**
+ Support the Procurement functions with a focus on IT, Marketing, Manufacturing and R&D in the review, drafting and negotiation of a large variety and volume of agreements;

**Responsibilities:**
+ Qualified lawyer with 6-8 years of experience in international corporate / commercial law at a large law firm or corporate legal department.
+ At least 3 years of legal experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating IT Procurement agreements and other Indirect Procurement agreements either at a law firm or as part of an in-house corporate legal department.
+ Experience advising global teams and collaborating with global functions.

Notice and takedown is a process operated by online hosts in response to court orders or allegations that content is illegal. This project supports removal of content on a search engine service that may violate the online law governed by DMCA.
