The Role The Legal Secretary will be working into Senior Partner level in the Litigation team.
Typical duties will include: Document management Diary & Meeting management Corporate travel Preparing briefs & booklets Liaising with internal and external stakeholders via email and phone General administration duties - filing, scanning, photocopying etc Essential Criteria 2+ years experience working as a Legal Secretary within Litigation Experience with Case Management and Billing systems Excellent typing & Microsoft Office skills High attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner with all levels of the business.
A positive attitude, the ability to take ownership and responsibility for the completion of tasks and the ability to take and demonstrate initiative.
Minimum 65 wpm.
