Litigation Solicitor Dublin 8 Firm Ideally 0-3 PQE Responsible for the day to day management of file handling and Client interfacing as per file portfolio assigned. Monitoring assigned file portfolio by way of weekly reviews, noting deadlines, matters to be followed up. Monitoring all emails, incoming/outgoing correspondence as per assigned file portfolio. Filing and up to date maintenance of hard copy to file portfolio assigned. Attending Counsel in Court/Settlements/Mediations. Preparing Court documents, briefs for Counsel.
