As a **Talent Acquisition Analyst** , you'll work closely with a collaborative team to plan and execute recruitment activities that support our business goals. You'll help shape short- and long-term hiring strategies to ensure we attract top talent.
**Your day-to-day will include:**
+ **Building candidate pipelines** through advertising, referrals, direct sourcing & networking
+ **Screening and interviewing** candidates to match them with the right opportunities
+ **Guiding hiring managers** on best practices like Competency-Based Interviewing (CBI)

+ **Creating a seamless candidate experience** from first contact to offer

+ A minimum of 7 years recruiting experience in an agency and/or corporate environment, ideally in a software company or top-tier search firm where you were responsible for sourcing and closing top talent
+ Proven experience influencing senior leaders and driving hiring strategies for high-impact roles
+ Adept at using talent analytics, hiring trends, and market intelligence to inform recruitment strategies and solve business challenges
+ Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent professional work experience

12. Address sensitive content issues, including but not limited to graphic violence, child exploitation, images, videos and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other objectionable material
13. Provide support to leadership as needed, including documentation change management and metrics
14. Manage time effectively to prioritize multiple competing priorities
15. Lead and support globally focused projects
