We are seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Product Owner for the Marketing Data Hub Initiative. This initiative will consolidate data from Logitech's diverse Marketing Technology (MarTech) stack into the Enterprise Data Warehouse (Snowflake) using Adverity as the ETL solution and visualize data through Tableau dashboards.
As part of our commitment to leveraging data-driven insights, Logitech is embarking on the Marketing Data Hub Initiative, a transformative product to consolidate and optimize our marketing data ecosystem. This initiative is designed to deliver tailored dashboards for each marketing discipline, providing actionable business intelligence to enhance decision-making, drive growth, and strengthen our marketing strategy.
The Product Owner will lead a multidisciplinary team of technical experts (Data Visualization Engineers, Snowflake Architects and Developers, ETL Developers) alongside marketing executives from the Global Commercial Organization, Creative & Design Department, and Business Groups. Acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, the Marketing Data Hub Product Owner will ensure the successful design, development, and deployment of dashboards covering the most critical business KPIs for Logitech's marketing disciplines.

_Product Owner Leadership_
+ Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Marketing Data Hub Initiative, ensuring alignment with Logitech's overarching goals for marketing data centralization and visualization.
+ Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines key milestones, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
+ Guide the efforts of a large, multidisciplinary team, including Data Visualization Engineers, Snowflake Architects and Developers, and ETL Developers, ensuring effective collaboration and progress toward team product goals.

_Strategic Planning_
+ Define the overarching strategy for data consolidation, working with Snowflake architects to bring diverse datasets from the MarTech stack into the Enterprise Data Warehouse.
+ Collaborate with ETL Developers to design efficient data pipelines using Adverity, ensuring seamless integration and data quality.
+ Identify and prioritize the most critical business KPIs for each marketing discipline, translating executive input into actionable dashboard designs.
_Dashboard Development Leadership_
+ Partner with Tableau data visualization engineers to conceptualize, design, and deploy dashboards tailored to each marketing discipline (e.g., social media, email marketing, affiliate marketing, paid media, brand management).
+ Ensure dashboard designs provide actionable insights through intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that address the specific needs of Logitech's marketing functions.
+ Facilitate feedback loops with marketing stakeholders to refine dashboards and improve alignment with business objectives.
_Data Resource Coordination_
+ Collaborate with marketing executives spanning Logitech's Global Commercial Organization, Creative & Design Department, and Business Groups to:
+ Gather requirements and validate KPI definitions for each discipline.
+ Understand data needs and ensure dashboards provide value for decision-making.
+ Coordinate data workflows across various MarTech tools to ensure integrity and consistency during the transfer into Snowflake, identifying any gaps or redundancies in the process.
_Stakeholder Engagement_
+ Act as the primary liaison between technical teams (data engineers, visualization experts) and marketing teams, ensuring alignment in goals and deliverables.
+ Facilitate workshops and cross-functional meetings to keep stakeholders informed about progress, challenges, and anticipated outcomes.
+ Foster collaboration between departments, ensuring marketing and data teams are aligned on priorities and expectations throughout the dashboard development lifecycle.
_Performance Tracking and Optimization_
+ Develop and implement protocols for data validation, ensuring high-quality data is consistently available in Snowflake.
+ Define performance benchmarks for dashboards, including usage metrics and impact on marketing decision-making processes.
+ Provide actionable recommendations for optimization and troubleshooting to continuously improve dashboard efficiency and accuracy.
_Change Management_
+ Architect and execute change management strategies, together with the support of our Change Management expert, to drive adoption of the new dashboards across Logitech's marketing functions.
+ Create training materials and conduct workshops to enable marketing professionals to use Tableau dashboards effectively in their day-to-day operations.
+ Establish documentation, guidelines, and best practices for ongoing dashboard management and updates.
_Additional Responsibilities_
+ Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes, reduce manual effort, and enable real-time data retrieval for marketing analytics.
+ Ensure strict adherence to data privacy laws and compliance protocols across all aspects of the product.
+ Monitor and manage budget utilization, ensuring resources are allocated strategically for maximum value delivery.
+ Collaborate on post-implementation support strategies, ensuring sustainability and scalability of the Marketing Data Hub's infrastructure.
**Key Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications:**
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
_Experience_
+ Proven experience (12+ years) in data and analytics product owner roles within large, data-driven organizations.
+ Expertise in implementing data warehouses and BI tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, and ETL processes (Adverity experience strongly preferred).
+ Demonstrated success in delivering analytics dashboards tailored to diverse stakeholder needs, including marketing leaders.
_Skills_
+ Strong product ownership skills, including experience with Agile frameworks and tools.

**A day in the life of a Data Analytics & Shopper Marketing Manager.**
In this role, you will deliver the cyclical insight by monitoring category performance and executing category tasks supporting MDO Lead. Additionally, you will develop and execute the shopper activation and brand plans with the Purina Brand Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
+ Deliver continuous insight through category performance monitoring: Complete regular performance updates both internally and externally, extracting insights from these sources and using them to continually bring opportunities for growth for both the customer and Purina
+ Alongside category and brand teams, ensure all NPD successfully launched into customers
+ Manage the day-to-day relationships with research agencies from coding to data delivery and reporting - developing data from Insight to Action
+ Present insight, actions, and opportunities both internally and externally to influence Purina Market performance through Field sales, customer contacts and Business Managers
+ Deliver winning shopper marketing plans to drive product ROS working with external shopper agencies to include the creation and delivery of Annual Shopper Marketing plan across all categories and channels to include our shopper presence online
