You'll rotate through three roles across your time on the programme, giving you exposure to multiple fields which could cover the following areas:
**Marketing:** you'll work closely with the Senior Brand Manager, Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, and Commercial teams across the business to support the development and execution of 360° brand plans. You'll drive campaign delivery, performance analysis, budget management, and cross-functional alignment across multiple channels. This is a high-growth role built for a focussed marketer who thrives in fast-paced, consumer-obsessed environments and who is ready to blend creative thinking with sharp business insight.
**Commercial:** sales & account management, customer marketing, and customer activation. You'll learn how to take brands like Baileys, Guinness, and Smirnoff to new generations of shoppers, untapped markets, and new occasions, while strengthening customer relationships and ensuring our brands are successfully promoted, available, and well-presented.

On the qualification side, you'll need to have acquired or be expecting to obtain an academic degree and be graduating in 2026 or within the last 2 years. You must be proficient in English, and with opportunities across Europe you must be mobile and prepared to relocate geographically during the programme.
