What You Bring to the Role Solid experience managing CMS platforms and digital content updates, with a strong grasp of SEO principles. Proven hands-on experience executing trade or B2B marketing campaigns, particularly across digital and social platforms. Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with experience in design tools or AI-assisted marketing tools being a plus. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams (sales, operations, procurement, etc.). Proactive mindset with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without losing quality. **Role Description**
The Northern Europe Marketing Leader, covering UK, Nordics, and Benelux, will be responsible for driving adoption, pipeline, and revenue growth for MongoDB products through an integrated regional marketing plan. **Candidate Profile**
Our ideal candidate for this role will have the following:
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
+ 7+ years of regional, field marketing and/or account management/marketing experience in enterprise software, B2B SaaS, or technology companies
+ Proven team leadership skills with previous experience managing remote teams and a demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and mentor high-performing marketing professionals
+ Ability to effectively lead through transformation and change-management
+ Expertise in integrated marketing strategies, including ABM, demand generation, event marketing, digital, partner and content marketing
+ Strong proficiency with CRM and Marketing Automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, Eloqua, Jira, Terminus, or similar)
+ Growth mind-set, focused on outcomes, learnings, and quick-pivots that result in increased customer engagement, pipeline, and revenues
