+ Lead and enhance Logitech's global renewable electricity program (RE100), achieving 100% RE in operations by 2030, and full value‑chain renewable energy (RE) integration.
+ Manage and deliver a portfolio of RE projects-from scoping and vendor evaluation to execution, financing (EACs, PPAs, onsite systems), and reporting on realized emission reductions.
+ Build scalable governance: project plans, data pipelines, dashboards, scorecards, and documentation for consumption by internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g. CDP, SBTi).
+ Engage, educate, influence and inform internal teams and supply chain partners - especially in Southeast Asia - to catalyse reporting of performance, EAC procurement, development of onsite renewables and PPAs.
+ Collaborate with LCA experts to integrate RE data into product and corporate footprint models.
+ Track evolving standards (SBTi, CDP, GHG Protocol) to ensure compliance and identify new opportunities.
+ Develop and grow Logitech's Supplier Renewable Energy Portal-educate, incentivize, and digitally track supplier commitments and RE adoption beyond Tier 1.
**Key Qualifications:**
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
+ Masters degree in engineering, science, sustainability, or equivalent experience.
+ 7+ years in renewable energy, sustainability, or program management roles with proven success across supply chain and operations.
+ Deep domain knowledge: CDP, GHG Protocol, RE100, SBTi, EACs, PPAs, and renewable energy deployment.
+ Experience in a fast moving consumer goods brand or global supply‑chain environment
+ Demonstrated success delivering RE projects in low‑structure environments-adept at simplifying complexity, pragmatic
+ Strong program/project management skills: scope, budgets, vendor negotiation, and execution tracking.
+ Proficiency in Excel/data analysis-statistical methods, dashboards, and ensuring data quality.
+ Strategic thinker with tactical instincts-translating diverse data into decisions and action.
+ Excellent communicator and influencer: able to build alignment and develop mechanisms to credibly engage and support diverse suppliers from across the world

**What we will be looking for you to demonstrate.**
+ Minimum HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering
+ Experience of small, medium and technically complex new substation, retrofit or network reinforcement projects.
+ Proven experience in HV and EHV substation design (both AIS & GIS), from 132kV up to and including 400kV.
+ Knowledge of engineering standards and technical policies for HV and EHV plant, substations (including earthing and electrical clearances).
+ Exposure to substation cable design and protection and control.

**Key Qualifications**

Job Description

As our global footprint continues to grow, we are looking for an expert in ESG regulations and sustainability frameworks to support our Global Market Access (GMA) team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing ESG compliance and providing consultancy on international regulatory issues.
As an ESG Senior Knowledge Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment with global ESG regulations and standards. You will play a key role in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and implementing solutions that support sustainable business practices.
Although the role is based at our Italy offices, this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in successfully implementing our ESG strategy internationally, supporting our clients in meeting their sustainability goals and accessing global markets.
As a UL GMA Senior Knowledge Specialist, you will:
+ Serve as the owner of ESG-related programs/schemes or as the main point of contact with authorities/partners to gather regulatory knowledge and identify GMA business opportunities.
+ Act as the primary contact for delivering ESG knowledge solutions and supporting key customers.
+ Maintain transversal knowledge across ESG schemes and requirements to support COUs and business expansion.
+ Be the key expert for ESG compliance requirements across multiple countries and/or programs.
+ Monitor regulatory trends and communicate upcoming changes.
+ Identify business opportunities and translate them clearly for stakeholders.
+ Lead actions related to ESG business expansion, tracking opportunities and results.
+ Support cross-country ESG knowledge sharing and regulatory alignment.
+ University degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Strong knowledge of global ESG trends and regulations, especially environmental topics.
+ Knowledge of ESG reporting requirements, Familiarity with key ESG areas, including:
+ Climate, Decarbonization, Circular Economy
+ Regulatory frameworks: CBAM, CSRD, CSDDD, ETS, Critical Raw Materials
+ Experience in regulatory or policy analysis.
+ Strong written and verbal English skills
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and with external stakeholders.
+ Ability to simplify complex regulatory concepts for diverse audiences.
+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
+ Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate trends and address challenges early.
