About the Role
With clinics in multiple locations across Ireland, a well-established educational and psychological services provider in Ireland is seeking a passionate and experienced Educational Psychologist to join their growing team. This role focuses on conducting high-quality assessments for Specific Learning Difficulties (SLDs) , including dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia , for children aged 8 and above.
You will play a key role in identifying learning needs, supporting educational planning, and helping individuals reach their full potential through evidence-based recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments for SLDs in children
- Interpret cognitive, academic, and behavioural data to inform diagnosis and intervention
- Prepare comprehensive, accessible reports with tailored recommendations
- Liaise with families, schools, and allied professionals to support implementation
Requirements
- Recognised qualification in Educational Psychology
- Registration with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI)
- Experience in administering and interpreting standardised assessments for SLDs
- Strong report-writing and communication skills
- A client-centred, empathetic approach to assessment and support

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
English Teachers at Lincoln College International play a crucial role in the growth and development of our students. You will:
- Deliver curriculum in person to students, with approximately 24 contact hours per week
- Deliver engaging learning activities that promote critical thinking and problem-solving, and encourage students to become life-long learners
- Develop lesson plans and learning materials
- Establish clear objectives for all lessons, curricular units, and projects, and communicate these objectives to the students

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
To be considered for this role, you MUST possess the following qualifications and attributes:
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in English, Engineering, or Education.
• Teaching qualification to level 4 (working towards level 5 within 2 years).
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, with 3 years in TESL in the post-secondary sector.
• Experience in delivering technical English in the context of engineering and manufacturing.
• Using digital technologies to ensure a 3rd millennium learning environment.
• Proven expertise in applying experiential learning practices effectively.
• Strong ability in formative assessment to inform learner progress and attainment.

What experience and qualifications do you need:
