Responsible for measuring, monitoring and analysing the organisation's market risk exposure on a day-to-day and long-term basis for various financial products. Individuals monitor trading limits and are responsible for approving transactions over certain established limits. Work with traders or trading management and recommend actions to mitigate risk. This position presents a unique opportunity to directly influence Citi's global risk management framework, engaging with a diverse spectrum of business activities while contributing to the balance between robust corporate oversight and independent risk management practices at the business level.
**What you'll do**
+ **Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) Exposure Calculation:** Actively support the internal risk management process by performing CCR exposure calculations on structured and exotic derivative products across all market and asset classes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
+ **Analytical Model Development:** Develop ad-hoc models in Python libraries for new products and structures, incorporating fundamental economic principles and derivative pricing models.
+ Create comprehensive model documentation to support future model validation efforts.
+ **Model Validation and Improvement:** Contribute to the validation of existing models, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring alignment with market dynamics and economic conditions.
+ **Project Management:** Manage CCR-related analytical tool projects, including conducting thorough testing, documenting requirements, and ensuring diligent project follow-up.
+ **Production Issue Resolution: C** onduct in-depth system investigations for production issues raised by risk managers.
+ Assist in the diagnosis and remediation of these issues, collaborating with relevant teams to facilitate and enhance the resolution process.
+ **Model Implementation and Documentation:** Where applicable, lead the creation of model documentation and coordinate with relevant teams to test and implement CCR models effectively.
+ **Advisory Role:** Build and maintain strong relationships between front office businesses, internal risk management, and capital teams. Proactively advise on risk and capital-related projects and issues, facilitating better risk and capital decisions across the organisation.
+ **Collaboration and Communication:** Effectively communicate complex risk concepts to a wide range of stakeholders. Participate in relevant projects, assisting project managers with testing new functions or features, monitoring progress, and providing timely reports. Provide an advisory role for risk management, business units, and Basel capital teams on credit exposure and capital-related projects, solutions, and issues.

**Team/Role Overview**
The Vice President of the AML operations team has responsibility for management of a team of AML subject matter experts with a focus to periodic review, regulatory change and efficiency projects. The VP manages all aspects of periodic reviews for Citi clients including mutual and alternative funds domiciled in Ireland, Luxembourg, Cayman Islands and Bermuda. This includes definition of the scope of the periodic review, ensuring efficient tracking of progress and communication with clients and internal stakeholders. The role also incorporates management of regulatory change in partnership with the product team within Citi.
**What you will do**
+ Day to day management of the periodic review team and adequate allocation of resource to ensure deliverables are met
+ Tracking of progress on periodic review and reporting to key stakeholders
+ Ensuring team compliance with internal governance on outsourced activities.
+ Preparation for and participation in Client operational calls regarding the status of the periodic review.
+ Co-ordination of AML Due Diligence visits by clients and fund MLROs
+ Ensuring a framework is in place which fosters strong relationships with our clients, internal stakeholders across TA globally, the Citibank Europe Plc MLRO and the Fund MLRO's
+ Review and implementation of new regulations; To include involvement in all phases of an implementation project, from initial analysis, vendor engagement, testing and roll out into the operations model.
+ Review of current processes and systems with the intention of identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and alignment with teams across TA.
+ Management of team and stakeholders through accurate and relevant metrics
**What we will need from you**
+ Relevant work experience with AML and TA
+ Bachelor's/University degree
+ Proven ability to manage a team and track deliverables
+ Experience of working with internal stakeholders to deliver client solutions
+ Experience of liaising with Fund MLROs and Fund Boards related to ongoing monitoring of investors.
+ Knowledge of Luxembourg AML regulations an advantage.

+ Drive continuous improvement of the financial reporting processes, systems and controls.
+ Preparation of the annual Sustainability Report for Europe to achieve compliance with CSRD.
+ Responds to inquiries regarding accounting policies, procedures, and issues from management, external auditors, and regulatory authorities.
_Corporate Accounting_
+ Management of month end, quarter end and year end tasks for Treasury, Transfer Pricing and Intercompany
+ Review Balance Sheet reconciliations
+ Business Partnering with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Regulatory, Legal etc
_People Management_
+ Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development to an established team of accountants

**Skills & experience required:**

Security Risk Analyst II
Overview
The Mastercard Technology Risk Team is looking for a security analyst to support the implementation of international standards, processes, best practices and IT frameworks thereby helping the organization to enhance its current security posture.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee compliance and the implementation of design (up-to-date standard operating procedures) and operational effectiveness (testing the validity of procedures periodically).
- Participate in the gathering, documenting, monitoring and preliminary analysis of the information security and technology metrics.

Experience Required
- Experience supporting information security, IT audit and/or IT risk management principles.
- Familiarity with risk management processes (e.g., methods for assessing and mitigating risk)
- Conceptual understanding of IT and security controls, networking and information security technologies.
- Knowledge of Risk and Control Framework standards such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI-DSS.
- Background in developing, and maintaining security policies, processes, procedures and standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for design, creation and testing of security controls and systems.
Nice to have
- Experience creating ISMS documentation to integrate the ISO 27001 requirements within the overall organization.
- Successfully completed ISO 27001:2022 Lead Auditor/Lead Implementer certification.
- Successfully completed CISA/CISM Certification.
