**Primary Responsibilities: **
+ Leverage analytics and modelling insights to understand the factors driving client performance / profitability and developing solution options to drive client optimization efforts.
+ Provide dedicated analytics support to top clients, supporting client strategies, recommendations, and development of solutions development.
+ Collaborate closely with teams across Finance & Accounting, Client Management, Underwriting, Formulary, and Billing to deliver analytics insights and recommendations.
+ Monitor client underperformance and manage strategies, solutions, and progress in partnership with Client Management and Underwriting leadership.
+ Provide analytics and process support for Rebate Credits (AmCap, MFP, BioSims), including identifying key drivers impacting financials and refining credit processes to enhance logic, analytics, and data quality.
+ Support various aspects of monthly close and quarterly forecasting activities.
+ Support integration efforts for multiple rebate model refinements related to billing accuracy and formulary impacts and develop models to support client scenarios and impact analyses.

**Required Qualifications:**

**Job Description:**
Working with the TDGF AML Senior Manager/MLRO to ensure TD identifies and satisfies its anti-money laundering ('AML'), anti-terrorist financing ('ATF'), anti-bribery and corruption ('ABAC') regulatory and compliance obligations in Europe, with a specific mandate for TDS Ireland. Working seamlessly as part of a regional team, ensure consistent AML, ATF & ABAC standards across Europe and the Asia-Pacific region and provide expert/specialised advice to businesses and functions on the development and maintenance of all aspects of AML/ATF/ABAC/Sanctions compliance in line with the Bank's risk philosophy and strategic direction.
**Specific Responsibilities:**
+ Assist in the preparation of Committee papers including for local Operating and Risk Committees;
+ Provide specialised AML, ATF, ABAC and Sanctions advice on business initiatives;
+ Act as a subject matter expert in Global and Ireland FCRM initiatives;
+ Act as developmental subject matter expert in Global and Ireland drafting, updating and issuing of FCRM policies and procedures;
+ Track and review of AML, ATF, ABAC and Sanctions regulatory change & assist with implementation, with a particular focus on legislation and regulatory guidance at a European level, inclusive of all items within the EU AML Package;
+ Complete the annual AML, Sanctions and ABAC risk assessments;
+ Escalate and manage to resolution significant AML issues and events;

The Head of Risk for Travelers Insurance Designated Activity Company (TIDAC) manages oversight of risk management, throughout TIDAC (including its UK Branch) to meet business objectives and regulatory requirements. This role works with the TIDAC Board, TIDAC Risk and Remuneration Committee, TIDAC Management Committee and Travelers Europe (TRVE) CRO and Executive Risk Committee (ERC) and Risk / Control Owners to raise awareness and mitigate priority risks aligned with the Travelers risk appetite.
Under general supervision, this role monitors all risk types to ensure sound and responsible business practices, high ethical standards and the integrity of products and services delivered to customers. The role is required to provide assertive challenge and ensure that significant, or potentially significant risk issues are promptly and appropriately reported to senior management and relevant governance forums.
This role is a Pre-Approval Controlled Function (PCF-14) within the Senior Executive Accountability Regime (SEAR) as set out in the Individual Accountability Framework (IAF) Act 2023 and in accordance with the rules and regulations of the regulators.
In this regulated position, we will assess and certify that you have met the applicable standards of Fitness and Probity (F&P) on appointment and annually thereafter. **What Will You Do?**
+ Holds overall responsibility for the Enterprise Risk Management Function (PCF-14) to meet the needs of the business, regulators, rating agencies and policyholders.
+ Membership of the TIDAC Board Risk Committee, TIDAC Management Committee, Deputy Chair of the ERC and other forums as instructed to lead development of the risk management framework.
+ Own and maintain the TIDAC ORSA, TIDAC Recovery Plan, TIDAC Risk Book and other important risk documentation ensuring it meets requirements. Facilitate completion of thematic risk reviews as required in response to regulators and supervisors.
+ Proactively identify, manage and mitigate principal risks and ensure risk events are escalated and reported in line with requirements in the Risk Management Framework.
+ Gain support for risk management, through collaboration, sponsorship and challenge to ensure that risk tolerance/appetite is consistent with the Board's risk strategy and that this is cascaded to and business unit level. Monitor and report performance of the business against risk appetite.

+ Manage the TIDAC Own Risk Solvency Assessment (ORSA) process
+ Manage capital analysis of Operational risk in conjunction with the Capital Management Team. Assist in development of risk modelling, validation techniques and inputs
+ Ensure that regulatory expectations and requirements are satisfied with detailed knowledge of the Central Bank of Ireland's (CBI) requirements.
+ Deploy risk management expertise to work with key and senior stakeholders from 1st, 2nd and 3rd lines of risk management to ensure robust plans are created and implemented to support current and future TIDAC business objectives
+ Advise and report in collaboration with line management information on any potential risks to the profitability or existence of the company (TIDAC). Identify and assess threats/drivers of risk, put plans in place to enhance resilience and decide how to avoid, reduce or transfer risks. Oversee and monitor risks that are, or could be, potentially significant whilst ensuring high ethical standards (in view of regulation and best practice) and fair customer outcomes
+ Review and Challenge root cause analysis of risk events to ensure remedial action is appropriate, implemented in a timely manner, and prevents recurrence where possible

This requires partnering with upstream and downstream teams across various programs to process business opportunities and explore innovations opportunities. Key job responsibilities
· Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Salesforce.com, and other data management systems
· Proactively identify and implement data improvements, enhancements, and system customization that meet business requirements
· Partner with stakeholders to support new program workflows and iterate on existing operations
· Support reporting for individual programs and/or broader team
· Perform data entry and data management
· Answer critical customer questions on revenue data by diving into detailed data and leveraging internal investigation tools
· Support internal peer audits to ensure 100% accuracy
· Work independently and cross functionally to raise issues in data and drive issues to resolution independently. Effectively collaborate with tech teams, team members, and customers

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- This role requires you to be a national of an EU member state
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience (e.g. Analytics, Finance, Accounting, etc.)
- Experience in creation/review of contractual verbiage
- Intermediate Excel proficiency (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLookups) and basic SQL
- Effective verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Functional experience using quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills
- Highly organized, excellent multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations
- Familiarity retrieving and analyzing data using Salesforce.com or other CRM/BI systems
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
