Content Creation & Management: Collaborate with content writers and creative designers to create and maintain a library of marketing assets, including product brochures, case studies, whitepapers, videos, and presentations. Sales Enablement: Support the sales team with product training, sales tools, and resources to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to prospects and customers. Keep the RfP and Sales Enablement team informed of product updates. Campaign Planning & Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and webinars, to drive product awareness and demand. Customer Feedback & Innovation: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. Liaise with teams across Workplace Solutions to ensure quality content and accuracy of our products and services. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B technology environment. Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical information for a broader audience. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment. Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus. A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with strong attention to detail.
