JOB TITLE: Data Analytics Systems Engineer DEPARTMENT: Engineering REPORTING TO: Head of Engineering About Sanmina Fermoy Our Fermoy, Ireland, facility is FDA registered and certified to ISO ISO for the manufacture of high-quality PCBAs, subassemblies and complete devices up to and including Class III medical devices. Sanmina Fermoy's core specialization is manufacturing automation. We provide services for the entire product lifecycle from New Product Introduction (NPI), prototyping and process validation to complex volume manufacturing & test, shipping and repair. We create a state-of-the-art environment for manufacturing medical and other high-quality devices. The facility has a track record of 30 years of outstanding operational performance and customer service, backed by a highly experienced workforce. OBJECTIVES OF POSITION: The person will generate, develop and maintain reports and dashboards through different data systems including OSI Pi as required to support Manufacturing plant/continuous improvement activities and customer requests. (JPT, CI, Line side, Visual Displays etc.). This will be achieved through gaining increasing interaction/involvement from the Operations and Eng teams. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and maintain custom PI System reports and dashboards for real-time and historical data insights. Automate the generation and distribution of regular reports to stakeholders. Analyze PI System data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement. Create detailed technical documentation/work instructions and user guides for reports and dashboards. Collaborate with ADC to define reporting requirements and ensure accurate, timely delivery. Assist QA/Eng/Materails/Ops teams with data analysis, data mining Coordinate changes, updates, troubleshooting of OSI. Create and maintain PI Vision displays and dashboards for data visualization, collaborating with stakeholders to meet their needs. Conduct training sessions and create user guidance documentation for Sanmina end-users. Manage user access and permissions within the PI System for Sanmina users. Participate in cross-functional projects to leverage PI System data. Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Legislation and Regulations. MEASUREMENTS: Measurements will be assessed against an agreed set of MBO's as detailed in the annual performance appraisal process. As our **Senior Manager- Pharmacy Pricing Financial Modeling** , you will join an established team within OptumRx responsible for managing our network pharmacy pricing guarantees. You will lead a team to provide financial modelling and analytics related to the performance of effective rate pricing guarantees, specific to the Commercial line of business. You will work with internal stakeholders to drive to best outcomes and ensure alignment with our pharmacy contractual obligations.
Within the role, you will build relationships with our partners and stakeholders across many functions, including Network Contracting, Client Contract Management, Finance, Legal and more.
We're looking for someone with a quantitative mindset, a strong aptitude for complex problem solving, industry experience, and well-developed communication and technical skills.

**Primary Responsibilities:**
- Lead a team responsible for managing the performance of effective rate pricing guarantees, within network pharmacies, for Optum's Commercial book of business.
- Ownership of the relevant financial modeling and ensuring ongoing iteration as required, to maintain highest level of efficacy in projections.
- Manage a critical process forming the foundation for pricing modelling and reporting. This involves the maintenance and manipulation of structured data to develop business intelligence tools, track trends, and conduct analyses related to effective rate pharmacy reimbursement.
- Responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of contractually required performance reporting, provided externally on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Lead and mentor a team of data engineers with a strong focus on DevOps best practices, code quality through rigorous code reviews, and deep expertise in designing, building, and optimizing scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and related services.
- Oversee the team in developing analysis and scenario modelling related to pharmacy reimbursement and drive iteration of this analysis to drive key business decisions.
- Actively communicate to leadership and relevant stakeholders on emerging risks or trends.
- Actively consult with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure appropriate application of contractual and regulatory obligations.

**Team/Role Overview**
The Legal Regulatory Requirements & Obligations ('RRO') team is part of Citi's Regulations Management Function and sit in Legal The team is responsible for identifying new or amended laws or regulations applicable to Citi and Citi's Regulations Inventory content.
The RRO Quality Review (QR) Team provide oversight for each stage of the RRO process. We work with the Reg identification and content teams to help make sure that the identification process is working as designed and that the regulations content that is being added into the Financial Regulations Inventory is correct and meets Citi standards.
We are a small friendly and supportive team of seven people sitting in the UK, NAM and India. The work is varied as it is global, and we interact with the different RRO teams in multiple locations.

+ The role will involve identifying data sources and populations for different tests that we perform, applying sampling methodologies, managing testing data, analysing testing results, creating and presenting reports, producing metrics.

Our team is looking for a Regional Business Intelligence Manager to work with various stakeholder groups to procure data center capacity, support long term scaling strategies for AWS's infrastructure regions, and manage a portfolio of critical infrastructure agreements. As the Regional Business Intelligence Manager, you will research and manage all areas of transaction deal flow related to data center procurement projects in the region, for both Colocation and Real Estate.

Key job responsibilities
- Leverage advantage data science skills to prepare transaction business case, forecast project costs and partner with internal teams to submit business case for leadership review.
- Assist with site selection process, strategy development, data analysis across the region.
- Manage stakeholder engagement from initial due diligence to contract review and execution, including management of all milestones to track contract execution and delivery from stakeholders.
- Support development of Master Telecommunications Service Agreements, Work Orders, Lease Agreements, and other contractual documents
- Ensure data integrity in supply planning and execution systems related to infrastructure supply options including cost, capacity, key dates, and contractual terms.
- Managing and manipulating complex data sets utilizing multiple analytical tools.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of continual process improvement initiatives related to operational efficiency, team effectiveness and new value added activities.
- Apply analytics and business intelligence skills to extract meaningful insights and learnings from large and complicated data sets
- Build rich data visualizations to tell the story of trends, patterns, and outliers. Test and challenge assumptions around DCSS scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, supply/demand planning, business size, and profitability - making recommendations for supply health and supportability activities or improvements to existing structures and frameworks.
- Design automated BI solutions for recurrent reporting (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Design data pipelines and automated processes which enable in-depth analysis.
- Publish, analyze and improve dashboards, operational business metrics decks and key performance indicators
- Building automation models for our long-term and mid-term capacity planning processes
- Develop key processes relating to business intelligence and supply matters. Support training of all supply related tooling, key processes and modeling.
- Able to incorporate Artificial intelligence (AI) programs to drive automation and build further efficiency in the organization.

Basic Qualifications
- Previous experience in Supply and demand planning, analytics, data engineering or business intelligence.
- Experience using SQL, Python or scripting language, ETL and databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets.
- Experience with data visualization, sensitivity analysis, scenario planning activities etc (PyPlot, Tableau, Salesforce, AWS QuickSight or similar tools)
- Experience writing SQL scripts, queries, and stored procedures to extract data.
- Experience conducting deep dive analyses of business problems; identifying root cause of business trends, formulating conclusions and recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Intelligence Engineer, Data Engineer, Business Analyst, Data Scientist, or equivalent.
- Experience gathering business requirements, using industry standard business intelligence tool(s) to extract data, formulate metrics and build reports
- Understanding of relevant statistical measures such as confidence intervals, significance of error measurements, development and evaluation data sets
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply/planning, or related technical field.
