About the Role:
Are you passionate about email marketing, CRM, and automation? Are you experienced in managing campaigns and automated flows? If so, Wolfgang Digital, one of Ireland's leading digital marketing agencies, is looking for you to join our dynamic team.
As an Email Marketing & Automation Executive, you will audit clients' current email marketing activity, learn about their business, their customers and develop and execute enhanced strategies that drive remarkable results. You will oversee all aspects of email marketing campaigns, including market research, automation set up, list management, A/B testing, written content, email design and reporting.
Strong client communication skills are essential. You'll need to be able to lead strategy calls, present data and insights in business-friendly terms, and collaborate daily with our Paid Search, Social and Email teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Organisational skills are essential. The role requires the ability to work on 5+ concurrent client accounts, while working toward multiple deadlines.
An inquisitive, strategic and innovative mindset will be needed to succeed in this role. The ability to look forward and keep pace with the rapidly evolving search and AI landscape will be an essential skill.

This is a hybrid role, with 3 in-office days required per week at our Dublin office.
Key Responsibilities
Audit legacy email campaigns, identifying strengths and weaknesses
Develop all kinds of email strategies in ecommerce, B2B, lead nurturing, newsletters etc.
Execute effective list segmentation strategies
Maintain customer lists and databases
Plan, design and build automated flows and campaigns
Write compelling email copy & design engaging email templates
Manage campaign performance, optimisation and reporting
Understand the impact of changes in the digital landscape including third party cookies and data privacy legislation and educate clients on those
Communicate strategy, project progress and results to clients and teammates
Responsibility for finding opportunities for new and existing clients to generate business growth through email
- Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients
About You
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
2+ year experience managing email campaigns & automations
Robust Klaviyo knowledge of the capabilities of the platform
Experience working with additional recognised email platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Hubspot, Salesforce, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor etc.) will be considered a plus
- Experience with Google Analytics and dedicated email reporting tools
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs product suites
BSc/BA degree in the field of marketing/advertising, business or related.
Experience in any other digital marketing areas (Pad Social, Paid Search, SEO) will be considered a plus
- Experience working in an agency environment will be considered a plus
