**Overview:**
KDP Ireland is seeking to add a lawyer to join KDP Ireland's existing legal team with experience in drafting, review and negotiating Procurement agreements within IT, Marketing, Manufacturing and R&D. This role will be based at KDP Ireland's Newbridge facility at least 3 days per week and report to the Sr Director, Legal. The role will focus primarily on supporting Keurig Dr Pepper's global Procurement functions in contract review, drafting and negotiation, and may involve other responsibilities as the business evolves. The position requires expertise in structuring, drafting and negotiating complex transactions, ensuring compliance with intellectual property requirements, data privacy regulations and cybersecurity standards, as well as knowledge of standard contractual terms with strong drafting skills and a business mindset. A willingness to flex and develop expertise in other legal areas is an advantage. This is a challenging role that requires collaboration with various functions throughout the company. **Position Responsibilities:**
+ Support the Procurement functions with a focus on IT, Marketing, Manufacturing and R&D in the review, drafting and negotiation of a large variety and volume of agreements;
+ Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of IT Procurement agreements (including software licensing, SaaS agreements, cloud service agreements and others);
+ Advise on technology transactions, ensuring compliance with intellectual property requirements, data privacy and cybersecurity standards;
+ Assess and mitigate risks in Procurement transactions, identifying potential liabilities and ensuring that contract terms align with corporate policies;
+ Provide strategic guidance on vendor risk management and third party integrations;
+ Advise on contractual dispute matters including breach and termination;
+ Operate independently to manage relationships with many business partners to understand their challenges and help develop solutions;
+ Maintain and promote compliance policies and procedures;
+ Follow all Keurig Dr Pepper and KDP Ireland policies and procedures;

**Responsibilities:**
+ Qualified lawyer with 6-8 years of experience in international corporate / commercial law at a large law firm or corporate legal department.
+ At least 3 years of legal experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating IT Procurement agreements and other Indirect Procurement agreements either at a law firm or as part of an in-house corporate legal department.
+ Experience advising global teams and collaborating with global functions.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced organization; manage and prioritized multiple issues and projects while being highly responsive.
+ Excellent judgment in knowing how to pro-actively communicate, escalate issues and propose solutions.
+ Analytical / Problem Solving Skills.

**What we'll need from you**

+ Profound in-house commercial contracting experience dealing with SaaS or software licensing transactions and supporting a sales organisation, and experience with transactions that include elements such as AI, cloud / hyperscalers, and EBA/DORA. You furthermore understand what terms may or will impact US GAAP revenue recognition
+ Interest in legal aspects of information technology, cybersecurity, data protection, technology advancements, and the practical transactional implementation thereof
+ Excellent negotiating and influencing skills, and a talent for non-confrontational, win-win negotiations
+ Exceptional critical thinking abilities, who possesses strong business acumen and excellent business judgment; must be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and pivot between responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to distill complex issues clearly and concisely communicate well both one-on-one and in groups, and in internal and external contexts
+ Desire for close collaboration with sales and sales support to close deals efficiently, with a practical approach
+ Excellent drafting and legal technical skills, with keen attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
+ A learning mindset
+ Dutch Law Degree or any major jurisdiction in EMEA
