Occupational Therapy Manager The Organisation Highfield Healthcare which incorporates Highfield Hospital the Approved Centres registered by the Mental Health Commission and Nursing Home Services including the Alzheimer Care Centre registered by HIQA. Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Contract: Permanent, Full-time Reporting Relationship The post holder reports to the Director of Clinical Operations on all operational & clinical matters. Role Summary The Occupational Therapy Manager is a key appointment in the development of a comprehensive/effective service for adults & older adults with mental health needs (500 beds). The Occupational Therapy Manager will be responsible for the overall management and performance of occupational therapy provision within Highfield Healthcare in keeping with good professional practice and subject to agreed national policy directives and priorities. Interim Discipline Manager, Occupational Therapy , Children's Disability Network Teams Part-time 12 month Fixed Term Contract (wte 0.5) The Children's Disability Network Manager (CDNM) is the Operational Line Manager for the Children's Disability Network Team (CDNT). The Interim Occupational Therapist Manager will work in collaboration with CDNMs in the Health Region and other Discipline Managers in CDNTS, Primary Care and CAMHS to ensure particular elements as set out in this Job Specification and that emerge as service priorities are progressed.
