Accounts Administrator

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator who will work within our Accounts Department. As part of the Accounts team, you will be operating at a fast-paced centre of excellence. This is a great opportunity to grow & develop a career.

Duties:

  • Managing Accounts payable and receivables
  • Reconciling the bank account regularly
  • Bimonthly VAT Returns
  • Undertaking monthly Payment runs
  • Ability to assist colleagues in completing tasks
  • Good understanding of the functions of a busy accounts department
  • Various other Accounting duties

  Requirements :

  • 3-5 Years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong background in accounts administration
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software along with Microsoft word & excel
  • Skills: communication, planning and organizational
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Ability to work in a quality and fast paced service environment
  • Attention to detail and high standards required
  • Excellent proficiency of the English language is essential
