Full Job Description

In this position you will be responsible for the daily processing of Invoices and payments within the Accounts Payable Workflow system and Oracle as well as taking ownership for additional tasks and duties

As an Accounts Payable Coordinator a typical day might include:

  • Compiling records, and analyzes routine accounts payable transactions

  • Verifying all transactions align with corporate policies and procedures

  • Leading and maintaining data entry of invoices for vendor category in a timely manner in both domestic and foreign currency

  • Using 2 and 3-way Purchase Orders

  • Vendor Account analysis and account reconciliation

  • Vendor statement review and reconciliation

  • Providing customer service to internal and external clients

  • Taking care of global vendors, foreign currency, VAT, and automatic tax withholding

This might appeal to you if you:

  • Demonstrate effective organizational, strong communication, interpersonal and coordination skills

  • Possess extensive knowledge of using ERP systems as well as invoice workflow systems

  • Have analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail while maintaining a high level of accuracy

  • Have knowledge and experience utilising Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Oracle, Document scanning and Invoice Workflow systems

To be considered for this role you should have a Leaving Certificate or Accounting Diploma/Accounting Technician Qualification and a minimum of 2-4 years of Accounts Payable experience
