Summary/Overview:

KBRA Analytics is seeking an Associate Director of Sales to sell KBRA Direct Lending Deals - DLD  (KBRA DLD) — a private credit news and data platform — to the European market . The position offers the opportunity to build a book of sales within the $650 billion and growing direct lending market. The position can be based in either London or Dublin , with some flexibility for WFH arrangements, and will report to the Head of Sales in the U.S.(New York). Key Job Requirements:

• Analyze and understand product as well as the private credit market to clearly identify/refine use cases to pitch to prospects. 
• Create an overall marketing and sales plan for the product including:

• Target lists 
• Pricing schedules
• Financial plans and revenue projections for short and long-term product growth
• Identify prospects and coordinate outreach activity including one-on-one meetings and conference calls. 
• Create and maintain sales pitch and presentations for outreach meetings and calls.
• Initiate trials and follow-up throughout trial period for questions and feedback.
• Provide online demos of platform, coordinate with editorial and research teams to field questions.
• Negotiate contracts.
• Maintain an updated pipeline and create weekly management reports to track progress of the European sales.
• Attend marketing events/industry conferences to promote product.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, i.e., lenders, sponsors, M&A advisory firms, law firms. 
• Support client questions and troubleshooting, collaborate with technology team to assist with web platform.
• Track competitors and other market participants to ensure our product remains competitive and maintains the highest quality of standard.
• Monitor industry trends related to the product.
• Work across functions to help create marketing materials.
• Utilize internal CRM to track activity, pipeline, and manage communications within the firm and to clients/prospects.

• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Five (5) or more years of relevant sales; European private credit market experience is preferred.
• A minimum of three (3) years of Salesforce (CRM) experience, is most helpful.
