Job Title: BXCI, Associate / Analyst - Liquid Credit Strategies (“LCS”), Product Management
Location: Dublin

Job Description & Responsibilities:
The BXCI LCS Product Management team supports marketing efforts, drives investor reporting and client management, and performs other key strategic functions for the growth and success of the global LCS business. The individual in this role will be based in our Dublin office and focused on our European platform.
The main areas of responsibility include:
- Generating fund and platform marketing materials, including collaborating across the business to develop strategy, story, and materials for new and existing products
- Creating and updating LCS fund and SMA client reporting materials
- Contributing to bespoke prospect materials and proposals
- Producing fund board reporting materials and helping manage board relationships
- Driving client management and engagement with other external partners
- Preparing for and participating in client calls alongside portfolio managers
- Completing diligence questionnaires and RFPs
- Providing other business support and helping with strategic initiatives, including new product development
- Maintaining close collaboration with portfolio managers and other internal partners throughout Blackstone to strengthen existing client relationships and drive business initiatives forward
Qualifications:
Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment, and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. The successful candidate must have:
- 2-5 years’ experience in investment banking and/or alternative asset management (credit focus preferred)
- Strong knowledge of high yield/credit (knowledge of CLOs preferred), along with basic understanding of accounting and finance
- Entrepreneurial, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- A high degree of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to effectively manipulate data and present information visually
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to write effectively
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to take initiative
- A desire to work in a global team environment, often under pressure
