Banking Lawyer/Solicitor [18 months +PQE]
Opportunity
We have been engaged by our law firm client regarding a new opportunity for a Banking Lawyer/Solicitor.
Ideally you will have 2 – 5 years PQE, however our client is willing to consider Banking Lawyers with a
minimum of 18 months PQE in Banking Law.
Our client will be looking for current/recent experience in;
- Lending & Securities
- Property Based Finance
- Asset Finance
- Acquisition financing and debt restructuring
- Acquisition and disposal of loan portfolios.
Candidates will need the ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team
Solicitors will ideally have Banking/Finance Law experience from Tier 1 Ranked firms, Top/Mid or small boutique law firms in Ireland, Northern Ireland or the UK.
