Title: Business Excellence
Partner
Key Responsibilities:
· BEx partner
responsible to support Business UnitLeadership Teams and functional
departments through the development of businessprocess standards in
line with existing client standards, e.g. Standard Work,6S, Digital
Performance Management, A3 Problem Solving and Value
StreamMapping.
· Shape and lead site-wide change
programs at clientInnovative Medicine through lean & six sigma
methodologies.
· Embed & sustain ‘Managing Site
Performance’business process standard on site.
· Lead
client TIPs & mentor initiative leadson client methodology.
· Develop and cultivate a continuous improvementculture.
· Enhance the involvement and engagement ofemployees in
process improvements.
· Ensure all continuous
improvement projects areconducted to the highest of standards in a
safe, quality-focused, and effectivemanner.
· Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills
· Innovative,
adaptable, and collaborativeapproach to business challenges
· Incorporates different perspectives,backgrounds, and
talent to generate effective ideas or solutions and engage inopen and
constructive conversations, focused on high-performance teams.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong facilitator capable of leading crossfunctional

· Days role - hybrid (3 days
onsite)
· Will be part of a team of 5 other BEX
partnerssupporting the development and strengthening of management
systems andprocesses to improve performance and create higher value to
stakeholders.
· Will be leading lean programmes

1. Optimisation & standardisation of
businessprocesses
4. A3 Root Cause Problem Solving
5. Lean Capability Building
6. Value Stream
Mapping
8. 6S
9. Process Confirmation
· Person needs to be a high performer, adaptablein a dynamic
fast paced and changing environment.
· Self-starter and
capable of independent work anddealing with change management, whilst
there are other BEX partners, this is astand-alone role within their
assigned business unit, and they will beresponsible for deploying work
items for that unit.
Qualifications and experience:
· Third level Degree or equivalent qualificationin
Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics
·
Certified to Black/Green belt level or relevantLean or Six Sigma
Qualification
· Proven track record in leading
significantproject and/or change initiatives that have delivered
breakthrough results foran organization.
· Strong
cross-functional business acumen anddemonstrated ability to lead the
delivery of cross functional projects.
