Job Description

The Eurofins Clinical Genetics business in Ireland is at a start-up phase following  acquisition of GynaeScreen Ltd and collaboration agreements with Trinity College Dublin. The business unit manager (‘BUMa’) will be in the exciting position of developing the Eurofins clinical genetics business across Ireland with potential for collaboration throughout the wider Eurofins Europen clinical genetics organization. This position will be based partly out of our site in Sandyford and partly out of the Trinity College Dublin Next-Generation Sequencing (‘NGS’) campus laboratory and the business unit manager will work closely with both KOLs and thought leaders to develop the business nationwide, maintaining full P&L responsibility for the business line.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience building/scaling a service business
  • Experience managing relationships with thought leaders/KOLs
  • Hands-on attitude and ability to deep dive into operational details
  • Ideally knowledge of the clinical diagnostics market in Ireland
  • Full professional fluency in English, other languages advantageous
