Full Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Chef to a Nursing home in
Ireland
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all catering processes and kitchens
- Manage Catering Staff
- Ensure that resident special needs are complied with always
- Manage room service
- Operate HACCP and Hygiene requirements to IS 340
Requirements
- Professional qualification (Culinary Arts/HACCP/QQI)
- HACCP Training
- Experience working in similar environment (with a good knowledge of HIQA standards and special diets for elderly)
- Ability to motivate self and others and work on own initiative.
