Job Description Summary
We are seeking an experienced Client Accountant who will report into the Director of Accounts within the Property Management Department.
Job Description
The role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities:
Working with clients on ongoing accounts/reporting requirements
Monitoring budgets and preparing reports of actual figures against budget for monthly and quarterly reports
Managing the monthly management reporting and analysis
Preparing the Service Charge Budget versus Actual Reports
Completing Service charge audits
Managing the process for corporation tax compliance
Reviewing bimonthly VAT returns
Monitoring cash balances, reviewing payment instructions to ensure compliance with policies
Managing the preparation of the statutory accounts and audit processes in both FRS 102 and IFRS
Getting involved in ad-hoc and value adding projects
Preparing and filling quarterly regulatory returns to Central Bank of Ireland
Location:
On-site –Dublin, IRL
