We will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality, respect, caring and compassion are at the center of all we do.        Responsibilities Ensure that all patients receiving treatment in the department receive adequate nursing care.Take the lead in advancing staff education, nursing practices, and service delivery that are pertinent to the emergency department.Using the proper reporting chain, share monthly workload data with the group and the assistant director of nursing, making sure to include any staff discrepancies.To participate part in the hospital development's capital and service planning as it relates to the department's development and implementation.Handle accidents and events with efficiency while adhering to hospital protocols.Ensuring that patient admissions and registration are finished on timeRequirementsRegistering with the NMBI or registering to do soPost-registration training tailored to pertinent emergency nursing.A recognized management degree is preferred.3-5 years of experience minimum in an acute emergency care setting.Three years of senior-level experience minimum in people management role.Evidence of practice development and change implementation in emergency care.Benefits Education Assistance programme. Competitive salary comparable.
