Company Manager

Full Job Description

Druid is seeking a Company Manager. This position involves substantial national and international travel, requiring a highly organised and motivated individual capable of managing diverseresponsibilities.

Responsibilities include recruiting and overseeing Stage Management teams, conducting technical rehearsals, handling financial transactions and payroll within the Stage Management team, and ensuring the well-being of production personnel. The Company Manager will also assist in production planning, including budgeting, scheduling, and arranging work visas, in addition to acting as a liaison between Druid staff, freelance production personnel, and venuedepartments.

Candidates should have significant experience in senior stage management roles, exceptional time management and communication skills, a thorough understanding of the Irish theatre sector, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role is based in Galway, although the candidate may reside anywhere on the island of Ireland, with salary commensurate withexperience.
