We are currently working with a Corporate Finance Advisory firm who due to a very strong deal pipeline are looking to hire a committed and enthusiastic Associate. The firm offers a range of corporate finance advisory services including mergers and acquisitions, valuations and fundraising and caters to a wide range of sectors both in the Irish and international markets.Role Duties: Preparing and assisting with Business Plans / Funding proposals / Company valuations for both current and potential clientsFinancial modelling and scenario analysisAdvising on Strategic M&A on both buy and sell sideAdvising on Debt and Equity raisings including crossover transactions with our debt advisory and funding solutions teamFinancial analysis related to transactionsGetting exposure to deal negotiationsRequirementsBe a recently qualified accountant Have a strong academic backgroundHave some experience in or exposure to Corporate Finance transactionsBe comfortable developing and enhancing financial models and undertaking financial analysisHave excellent analytical, project management, and research skills with a strong commercial acumenBenefitsThis is a great opportunity for an Associate who is looking to pursue a career in Corporate Finance.
