Overview

OtterBox are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist , with expertise in working internationally . Reporting to the Assistant Digital Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will have proven skills in implementing, tracking , adapting and analysing digital Campaigns , whilst influencing strategic direction and driving impactful business results.  This position will be based 100% remotely in Ireland. Applicants in the Cork area will work hybrid out of our Cork office.

This is a fast-paced role in a dynamic entrepreneurial business , meaning the ideal candidate must have initiative , energy and drive, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive online acquisition strategies aligned with organisational goals, partnering with eCommerce
  • Ensure integration with available digital marketing tools to maximise overall digital marketing impact in EMEA & APAC.
  • Leverage SEM, SEO, Social Media and Paid Media Buys with proven impact on brand awareness growth, lead generation and uplift in conversions is essential 
  • Co-ordinate (whilst effectively communicating with) external agencies and in house stakeholders to ensure campaigns/KPIs meet with company objectives
  • Successfully identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate 
  • Manage the day-to-day media campaign budget. Plan and set monthly budgets, with KPIs, whilst efficiently tracking spend and impact
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization of digital campaigns. Leverage all available tools including Google Analytics (Universal & GA4)/any digital marketing tool, for example, Meta, Google Adwords, DataStudio for ongoing insight and reporting on KPIs, across all media platforms and provide solid recommendations and insights. 
  • Data Analysis: Use data insights to make data-driven decisions, strategic recommendations and ensure ongoing optimisation of campaigns for continuous improvement. 
  • Manage and grow the OPI affiliate program with our Affiliate agencies. 
  • Manage affiliate relationships for APAC and EMEA to ensure alignment with eCommerce goals. 
  • Manage bi-monthly meetings with our affiliate agencies to discuss campaign performance, upcoming promotions, and strategic initiatives. Review potential publishers, provide guidance and advice to affiliates to help them maximize their earnings.  
  • Analyse affiliate performance data to identify opportunities for improvement. Review and accept orders at the end of each month/Provide monthly return order reports to cross check return order with their report.  
  • Partner on cross-functional OPI digital marketing projects 
  • Communicate effectively with our global colleagues to ensure alignment 
  • Monitor and share competitive intelligence to differentiate the OtterBox range across digital landscape, including online marketplaces 
Qualifications
  • Digital agency experience is preferred
  • Bachelor of e-Commerce / Digital Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in e-commerce / digital marketing, ideally in the FMCG space
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in using latest digital marketing tools (ex: Google adwords, Google Analytics, Google Search Console; Optional: DataStudio, Power BI)
  • Experience across the digital marketing mix (SEM, Affiliate Marketing), including ability to monitor campaign effectiveness and report on KPIs
  • Familiarity in using social media platforms (Meta Business Suite, Wechat, Weibo, Sprout Social) and social media analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager) is an advantage
  • Chat GPT and Prompt Engineering experience an advantage 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams across multiple markets on simultaneous projects
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to translate complex data into a concise insight 
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control in your outputs/data/reporting 
  • Energetic, solutions focused, proactive team player with natural initiative 
  • Collaborative ethos and ability to live the company Core Values daily
  • Fluent in English
