Full Job Description

  • Meet clients regarding their advertising objectives and growing revenue through a combination of performance-driven and awareness-driven campaigns
  • Assist with pre-launch tasks including, but not limited to: communicating asset requirements, IO generation, Deal Desk approvals, etc.
  • Liaise with the AdOps team to collect assets, build campaigns, and provide proof of concept via client-ready launch reports and/or screenshot decks
  • Monitor campaign pacing on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Provide regular Pacing and Performance updates to Client Account Managers and clients over email and Slack
  • Proactively make recommendations to hit the pacing and/or performance goals of the client’s advertisers
  • Hands-on daily/weekly campaign optimization
  • Pull and analyse data to compile compelling and actionable insights that move the advertisers’ business forward
  • Create polished, advertiser-ready wrap reports and QBRs
  • Provide support and expertise to clients directly via Zoom, Email, and/or Slack communications
  • Provide out-of-office coverage for Client Account Managers
  • Lead weekly or bi-weekly client calls and capture follow-ups
  • Assist advertisers with troubleshooting (ie. Pixel placement, Ads Platform training and/or bugs)
  • Recognize and represent Client Account Manager and advertiser needs to management and cross-functional teams
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement and continued career development

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bilingual German and English skills, both writing and speaking
  • Direct sales or account management experience is great to have but not a strong requirement
  • 2+ years of very strong digital/social media marketing experience
  • Knowledge of campaign optimization
  • Understanding of performance and brand advertising metrics (ie. CPM, SOV, CPA, Conversion Lift, Brand Lift, Reach & Frequency)
  • Strong understanding of performance and brand advertising metrics
  • Good skills with Excel and/or Google Sheets and delivering actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Insights platforms like Comscore and Brandwatch
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards with multiple sources of data
  • Understanding of digital measurement solutions
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships with Sales partners
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • QA mindset and high attention to detail
  • QA experience or business analysis experience will be an advantage
