Full Job Description
- Meet clients regarding their advertising objectives and growing revenue through a combination of performance-driven and awareness-driven campaigns
- Assist with pre-launch tasks including, but not limited to: communicating asset requirements, IO generation, Deal Desk approvals, etc.
- Liaise with the AdOps team to collect assets, build campaigns, and provide proof of concept via client-ready launch reports and/or screenshot decks
- Monitor campaign pacing on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Provide regular Pacing and Performance updates to Client Account Managers and clients over email and Slack
- Proactively make recommendations to hit the pacing and/or performance goals of the client’s advertisers
- Hands-on daily/weekly campaign optimization
- Pull and analyse data to compile compelling and actionable insights that move the advertisers’ business forward
- Create polished, advertiser-ready wrap reports and QBRs
- Provide support and expertise to clients directly via Zoom, Email, and/or Slack communications
- Provide out-of-office coverage for Client Account Managers
- Lead weekly or bi-weekly client calls and capture follow-ups
- Assist advertisers with troubleshooting (ie. Pixel placement, Ads Platform training and/or bugs)
- Recognize and represent Client Account Manager and advertiser needs to management and cross-functional teams
- Proactively identify areas of improvement and continued career development
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingual German and English skills, both writing and speaking
- Direct sales or account management experience is great to have but not a strong requirement
- 2+ years of very strong digital/social media marketing experience
- Knowledge of campaign optimization
- Understanding of performance and brand advertising metrics (ie. CPM, SOV, CPA, Conversion Lift, Brand Lift, Reach & Frequency)
- Strong understanding of performance and brand advertising metrics
- Good skills with Excel and/or Google Sheets and delivering actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Insights platforms like Comscore and Brandwatch
- Experience creating reports and dashboards with multiple sources of data
- Understanding of digital measurement solutions
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships with Sales partners
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- QA mindset and high attention to detail
- QA experience or business analysis experience will be an advantage
