Full Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced
Director, Investment & Strategy to join the team in
their Dublin . The candidate will assist in various
tasks related to capital deployment, fund raising, market and industry
analysis, as well as monitoring and reporting on performance.
Additionally, they will be responsible for
communicating with investors on a regular basis.
What you'll be doing
- Prepare fund marketing materials
- Assist with due diligence requests and meetings
- Perform asset-level modeling for optimal returns
- Prepare LOIs and coordinate with Marketing, Technical, and Legal teams
- Support Investor Relations with corporate presentations and performance reports
What you'll have
- Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, or similar field
- 6 or more years of experience in an aircraft lessor or aviation-finance related position
- Financial modelling experience
- Strong mathematical and analytical background
- Excellent time-management skills, communication, report writing skills and attention to detail;
- Strong work ethic with ability to work under tight deadlines and flexibility to work different hours;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
