for an Assistant Store Manager based in Drogheda
Role Overview: As an Assistant Store Manager you will
play a pivotal role in supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day
operations of the store. You will be responsible for leading and
motivating a team of dedicated sales associates, ensuring that our
customers receive unparalleled service and that the store achieves its
sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the overall management of the store,
including inventory control, merchandising, and customer service.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the
sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that
promotes teamwork and individual growth.
- Ensure
compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing store
staff.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a retail management role,
preferably in the fashion industry.
