Full Job Description

Your mission
As a Sales Influencer you will be responsible for building strong relationships and driving sales.
This role involves building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating with the sales team, to influence decision-makers and achieve sales targets.

This role can be full or part time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and build strong relationships with key decision-makers in stores
  • Regularly review territory and make recommendations on call frequencies required based on local store knowledge and rate of sale
  • Work closely and communicate regularly with wider team sharing learnings and feedback.
  • Provide insights into market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Be a passionate advocate for the brand, embodying its values and conveying enthusiasm to customers.
  • Effectively communicate product knowledge to customers, addressing inquiries and providing recommendations.
  • Contribute to achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to align efforts and share insights.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and product popularity.
Your profile
Qualifications:
  1. Proven track record of successful sales influence within the FMCG industry.
  2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute influence strategies.
  4. Creative and innovative approach to influencing decision-makers.
  5. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
