- Identify and build strong relationships with key decision-makers in stores
- Regularly review territory and make recommendations on call frequencies required based on local store knowledge and rate of sale
- Work closely and communicate regularly with wider team sharing learnings and feedback.
- Provide insights into market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Be a passionate advocate for the brand, embodying its values and conveying enthusiasm to customers.
- Effectively communicate product knowledge to customers, addressing inquiries and providing recommendations.
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
