Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline, with a strong interest in the construction industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

• Assisting with the preparation and management of budgets and schedules for construction projects
• Conducting quantity takeoffs and measurements
• Learning about construction contracts and procedures
• Developing problem-solving and analytical skills
• Working as part of a team
• Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• Strong interest in the construction industry
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
