Job Description

The Graphic Designer at TOMRA Food is responsible for the design and development of marketing materials, managing digital assets, and upholding the company's brand identity across global platforms. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to create visually compelling content for various marketing initiatives and trade show exhibitions. The position requires a blend of creative design skills, project management abilities, and a keen understanding of brand consistency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing marketing materials such as brochures, leaflets, reports, stationery, and advertisements in collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Managing digital assets and maintaining the Food Brand Center to uphold brand consistency across global platforms.
  • Developing presentation templates and layouts for internal and external use.
  • Supporting marketing campaigns and activities with creative design elements.
  • Maintaining an on-and offline stock of marketing materials.
  • Collaborating with agencies for project briefing and feedback processes.
  • Staying updated with the latest design trends, software, and tools to enhance work quality.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in graphic design with a minimum of 7 years of experience, supported by a strong creative portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Advanced proficiency in design software, particularly the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Global marketing organization experience or qualification.
  • Experience and interest in digital applications such as Dreamweaver, video editing, and AI tools.
  • Ability to demonstrate self-learning and development, including participation in online courses, reading, podcasts, etc.
  • Interest in and familiarity with new technologies, including AI.
  • Self-motivated with a hands-on approach to work.
  • Customer service mindset.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
  • Ability to provide previous examples of work, either through a portfolio (for Designers) or demonstrable projects (for Content, Growth & Product MMs).
