looks to assume asset based risks within its risk appetite and
efficiently operate these businesses or portfolios. About the Role
Reporting to the Group Chief of Staff, the Group Corporate
Communications Manager will assist with all aspects of complex, highly
sensitive and public communications across group and local levels.
This role will play a key role in implementing the Company’s Corporate
Communications Programme where the overarching aim is to provide
clear, purposeful communications whilst further cementing our
corporate identity. The role will also include assisting with the
oversight of external communications and social media.

Communications
▪ Formulate high quality, long term strategic communications plans ensuring appropriate content, tone and consistency to build employee engagement and brand awareness.
▪ Draft statements and briefings for both internal and external stakeholders.
▪ Develop, implement and review policies and frameworks associated with the Communications Programme.
▪ Assist with the planning and management of the design and production of all marketing materials.
▪ Implement new methods and creative strategies to increase internal and external awareness of key events.
▪ Partner with the HR function to develop our employee offering through various talent channels
Internet & Intranet
▪ Develop, maintain, and update the content for both the external website and the intranet, including assisting with the production of content.
Social Media
▪ Create a sound and robust social media strategy in accordance with our Social Media policy, coordinating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure its effectiveness and ensure the adoption of relevant social media techniques into the corporate culture.

experience in a communications or similar role;
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Communications or relevant field;
▪ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
▪ Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships;
▪ Experience with managing external vendor relationships would be an asset;
▪ Ability to work as a team player, enlisting support from others as needed;
▪ Excellent attention to detail;
▪ Project Management experience advantageous;
▪ Strong Microsoft Office computer skills;
▪ Efficient self-starter with the ability to organise and prioritise responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
