Our successful and respectedclient, a leading Investment Fund Manco, invites you to seize the opportunity to become their Head of Compliance in Dublin. Elevate your career and make a significant impact by overseeing regulatory oversight within a talented and ambitious team.

This is a highly impactful role, in which the output of your role will be clearly visible on the business. My client is looking for someone with a passion for process improvement, isn't satisfied with the status quo and is driven to improve their surroundings.

The role would suit someone at Associate Directoror Senior Manager level, looking to step up into a Number One role, taking ownership of the team and compliance responsibilities for the Irish entity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure adherence to relevant laws and obligations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with supervisory and other competent authorities, maintaining effective communication channels.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of systems and controls within the organisation, providing recommendations for improvement as necessary.
• Oversee the maintenance of logs, registers, and regulatory reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead the design and execution of annual staff training programs to promote compliance awareness and understanding.
• Provide expert advice and assistance to the business on regulatory matters, facilitating compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee third-party relationships and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations.
• Represent the Compliance function in local and group-wide initiatives, contributing insights to strategic projects.
• Foster a robust compliance culture within the organisation through training, communication, and engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in compliance roles within UCIT or AIFM Manco environments, demonstrating a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks.
• Proven leadership capabilities, with a track record of inspiring and guiding teams to achieve outstanding results.
• Comprehensive knowledge of CBI and EU regulations and legislation, coupled with a proactive approach to staying abreast of industry developments.
• Ambitious and self-motivated, with a hunger to propel your career to new heights.
• Ideally, candidates will have previously held a PCF-12 designation, showcasing a commitment to excellence in compliance leadership.
