Full Job Description

Position: Head of HR Location: Dublin SouthSalary: DOEType of role: Permanent Our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for culture, leadership and people. An individual who is creative with solutions and focused in supporting and driving the overall business needs, goals and strategies within the Retail HR function.  Reporting to the Director of HR, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, fostering their growth and ensuring the achievement of Key Performance Indicators across the wider Retail HR Operations function.   What's in it for you: Excellent remuneration packagePensionHealthcareKey responsibilities: Cultivate a positive workplace culture, enhancing engagement and champion diversity and inclusion initiatives across the retail division.Effective communication through collaboration with Leadership team.Maintain a helicopter view of the Retail HR & People Operations landscape, identify opportunities within to help simplify or improve processes and implement effective solutions supported by the wider team.Lead and mentor your HR team fostering continuous learning and building a high-performance network capable of supporting and implementing divisional goals and initiatives.Assess and develop tailored People Plans & Frameworks around Talent Development, Leadership Performance, Retention, Total Reward, Diversity & Inclusion and Succession planning.Support Divisional HR Lead in Budget management.Ideal Candidate:  HR Qualification with extensive experience in a leadership role in the retail industry, ideally within a multi-site landscape, at regional or national level.Process Driven and agile within fast paced environment.In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices and legal compliance.Strong coaching and motivational skills, with a proven ability to inspire and develop teams.Experienced with Change Management principles and leading organisational change initiatives.Strong understanding of Diversity & Inclusion best practices with experience driving ED&I initiatives.Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of driving performance and achieving KPIs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.Excellent project management skillsDemonstrated ability to work autonomously, make informed decisions, and deliver tangible outcomes.Strategic thinker with the capacity to take a holistic view of the business and prioritise initiatives accordingly.*Full Job Description available upon application*If you are a motivated agile leader with a passion for people and retail and a desire to drive meaningful change, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
