Full Job Description

Head of Sales - International - required for a Large beauty brand based out of Dublin but involving regular international travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies across all channels to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Implement effective pricing strategies and cost controls for optimised profit margins
  • Utilise customer data analysis for upselling, cross-selling, and personalised offers.
  • Plan and execute seasonal promotions & NPD plans with all commercial entities / Develop effective sales and promotional materials with the marketing team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in a senior sales role within the beauty industry, preferably with a focus on skincare, cosmetics, tanning products.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
