We are seeking an IT Sales Development Representative to act as a liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your responsibilities will include seeking new business opportunities by reaching out to potential customers and cultivating relationships with them.

Ideally, you should have some experience in lead development from marketing campaigns and meeting sales targets. Your communication skills will be essential in building strong relationships with customers from the first interaction until closing the deal. If you are self-motivated, results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we would like to meet you.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and creating new use cases where Ai can provide exponential value, utilizing the latest market research tools and conducting prospecting
  • Connecting with leads through outbound phone and email marketing campaigns, particularly for B2B sales
  • Presenting and selling AI technologies to non-technical individuals when introducing our company to clients
  • Generating demand for our technology by organizing and promoting episodes of our webinar series, "AI Sparks"
  • Creating engaging content through blog posts, case studies, and webinars
  • Nurturing existing prospects by sharing case studies that help grow the Sparkd business
  • Engaging with AI thought leaders by finding guests for our podcast program, "The Business of AI"
  • Creating a sales funnel and following through from marketing to sales meetings, collaborating with the Owner and CEO

Qualifications and character requirements:

  • Strong team players with leadership and IT sales and marketing skills to contribute to business growth
  • Individuals who always give their best and see our growth as their own
  • The role requires creativity, loyalty, brand ambassadorial thinking, as well as high-level influencing with clients and IT sales and marketing competencies


Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in Sales, with a preference for IT Sale
  • Demonstrated ability in building relationships and achieving previous sales and digital marketing succes
  • A strong interest in technology and digital media
  • Excellent skills in online telephone, Zoom, Team, and face-to-face sales
  • Outstanding communication skills, including verbal, written, and social media proficiency
  • A 3rd level qualification or specific IT or Marketing related qualifications will be taken into consideration
