Junior Graphic Designer (18172)

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Bam Ireland!

• Producing graphics for bid / tenders and proposal documentation.

• Assisting the bid and proposal team in crafting customer-facing visuals and designs that effectively communicate value propositions, winning themes, and solution narratives.

• Ensuring adherence to necessary proposal requirements while staying within corporate brand parameters.

• Developing, updating, and overseeing various document and presentation templates.

• Experience in the construction industry is advantageous.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer within an organisation.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign.
• Strong understanding of brand guild lines implementation, typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
