Full Job Description
Our client is looking for a Legal
Counsel to join their Dublin
office. The candidate will ideally have more than
four years PQE but quality of experience will be taken into
consideration.
For the right
candidate our client would also consider someone working remotely with
occasional trips to the Dublin office.
What you'll be doing:
- Draft, review, and negotiate transactional and financing agreements related to aircraft and business operations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Provide timely, cost-effective, and technically accurate legal advice in a user-friendly and decisive manner.
- Coordinate input from technical, risk, finance, and commercial departments for transaction documentation and negotiation.
- Review, draft, and prepare letters of intent, purchase and sales agreements, lease agreements, and other commercial contracts pertaining to aircraft.
What
you'll have:
- Qualified lawyer with 4+ years PQE in aircraft leasing company or for a major law firm specializing in aircraft leasing.
- Trained at an international law firm is highly preferred.
- Experience in handling global related corporate/commercial matters is an advantage.
- Detail orientated, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure and within tight timeline.
