Overview of the Role
Salesforce is hiring an outstanding individual to help support our Field Marketing operations in EMEA Growth Markets. This position will report directly to the Demand Generation Marketing Manager.
The perfect candidate will be a people-person, a strategic problem solver, and a highly collaborative individual who is passionate about creating memorable and inspirational moments for our customers and sales and marketing stakeholders. This person must be a brilliant communicator with a creative and strategic multi-task approach, and can adapt to constantly evolving priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Managing marketing operations and administration, including campaigns set up, landing page creation, communications, reports, etc.
Supporting our Digital Marketing efforts to generate pipe and empower brand awareness.
Actively promote and track the impact of our marketing activities across different social media channels.
Supporting key strategic events in our key markets
Supporting our ‘event in a box’ program
Supporting virtual events e.g. webinars and associated tasks
Working closely with the content marketing team to ensure all our events and activities are on message.
Support the content marketing team to bring our content to the customer in the different regions.
Handling the internal communications for our stakeholders.
Desired Experience
2+ years of experience in a marketing position.
Experience orchestrating and measuring an array of marketing tactics including paid digital, SEM, events, and SEO as related to campaigns.
Physical and virtual event management experience
Self-motivated, a strong team player and works well with others.
Exceptional organizational and planning skills and having the ability to prioritize and problem solving.
An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to use self initiative, taking a proactive approach at work.
Excellent communication skills (fluent in English).
Quick learner and ability to adapt to new tools and processes.
Ability to think creatively, identify and tackle problems within a fast-paced ever changing environment.
Preferred Skills (not mandatory but advantageous):
A degree in Marketing or Business with a strong academic record.
Experience of working across different global regions
Experience with Salesforce and related products such as Slack
