Overview
PGIM Ireland are seeking candidates
for their 2023 Summer Internship program (12 weeks running from June
to Sept) where the successful candidates will join the PGIM Real
Estate across one of our Loan Services, Asset Servicing or Asset
Performance Surveillance teams and gain experience in the Asset
Management industry. You could be learning about servicing and asset
management of commercial loans or monitoring collateral and credit
performance for commercial mortgage loan portfolios.

Required Qualifications
- Candidates must be graduating between December 2023 and May 2024
- Candidates pursuing a Finance Degree. Degree in Accounting, Business Studies, Economics, or Real Estate preferred but not required, we will consider candidates from any discipline once they can demonstrate relevant skillsets.
Skills & Experience
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities under challenging time frames
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work collaboratively with various counterparts
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented, highly organized and exceptional time management
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Ability to work with Power BI a plus.
Responsibilities working within these teams may include but are not limited to:
- Banking Admin - Managing multiple international bank and borrower relationships.
- Servicing – assist with loan boarding and preparation of loan level reporting i.e. billing statements, remittance reports etc.
- Collection of Reporting – ensure all loan reporting received on a timely basis.
- Cultivate both internal and external relationships to ensure proper service levels are achieved for each portfolio function.
- Lead and manage special projects as assigned, as well as propose and drive process enhancements and automation.
- Proactively communicate to relevant stakeholders, internally and externally.
- Review policies and procedures and ensure consistency across the regions.
- Treasury – cash movements for multiple currencies across differing banking institutions.
