About the role:

We’re currently seeking a new Partner Development Representative to join our ranks, who can work with our partner ecosystem to aid us in our mission to empower data practitioners. This person will be based in Dublin and will be in office 4 days per week.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Build relationships with our community of consulting partner organizations across the globe
  • Recruit, engage, and train new consulting partners that join the dbt partner program
  • Working with official dbt partners, help them register their dbt opportunities in the system, and route to our sales people to co-sell.
  • Work with our partners to run marketing programs and sales plays to assist them in growing their dbt business to create new opportunities
  • Work closely with the dbt sales and marketing teams to fit into the wider commercial plans for the region, and utilize your portfolio of partners to assist the company hitting its overall financial objectives.
  • Work with the community and marketing teams to find opportunities to grow the dbt Community in collaboration with our partners.
  • Engage and work with the dbt team in the Dublin office
  • Travel up to 20% of the time

You are a good fit if you:

  • 2+ years experience working in Sales
  • A proven ability to hit and over exceed pipeline/revenue quotas
  • A well-developed, commercial mindset and grasp the importance of pipeline generation through the channel
  • Excellent verbal, written, and in-person communication skills to interact with multiple levels and teams within dbt
  • Ability to operate in an ambiguous and fast-paced work environment with integrity and accountability
  • A passion for being an inclusive, collaborative teammate and involved member of the community

You'll have an edge if:

  • A demonstrated ability to work with partners within an existing partner network
  • Experience in prospecting for new partners, onboarding them and leading them to become valuable and contributing members of the partner ecosystem.
  • Proficient with Salesforce CRM, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and other sales platforms
  • Experience with inbound and outbound sales development
  • Experiencein SaaS, open source, agency or professional services

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: €53,000 - €67,000 (70/30 split)
